VERY DISAPOINTED BECAUSE THIS IS THE THIRD CRUNCH WRAP I HAVE ORDERED AND THEY LEAVE OUT THE CRUNCH PART OF IT. AND FOR THE EMPLOYEES FOR MAKING $20.00 bucks an hour, what a disappointment. Get smart Taco bell. I would not recommend you to my enemy.

We had to repeat several times the order and how we wanted are drink's they still got it wrong they almost charged me extra for a pet bowl for water not impressed with this taco bell

The service is amazing, the food is normal taco bell. However they don't always get it right. The packing lot is horrible to get out of.
Ordered food at kiosk. Sat patiently waiting for food. Food was ready after a reasonable amount of time. Realized we have not been given our drinks. Went up to the counter and stood there for a solid 3 minutes or so waiting while 2 of the 5 workers kept looking over at me and laughing. Finally a different worker came over and I informed them we didn’t get out 2 drink cups. They asked for my receipt. Showed it to them which they gave me the cups. Went back to the table and realized there was no spork in the bag as some of our food required a utensil to eat with. Reluctantly went back to the counter and this time just blurted out I needed a spork please. All the workers looked over at me then ignored my request. 4 minutes later still waiting and another gentleman walks in and states he was just in the drive through and received a completely different order then what he had ordered. They ignored that gentleman also. Now my taco shells are soggy. Mexican pizza is soggy. Still waiting for a utensil. Finally after blurting it out again someone walked over and placed a fork on the counter without saying a word. No sorry for the inconvenience. No nothing. Customer service here sucks and won’t be visiting this place again. I have lived in the area for a while and I will encourage everyone to not go to this location again. Orangevale location on Madison just before intersecting with Greenback.

This store has always been plagued by bad management and a constant employee turn over. Things seem to really improve for awhile but eventually goes back to average or below average service. Lately the orders have either been missing items or have had items made wrong, receipt's are not being given out, the attitude of a few employees could be more joyful and professional.
