No longer anyone at the the counter to take your order now. You now need to use a kiosk.
Which for me is inconvenien and cumbersome. Some elderly people were ahead of me and having a difficult time.Trying to figure out how to use it. If you want to pay with cash. Not sure how you do that? It was also freezing cold in there. And so was my food when I got it. I will be avoiding this particular taco.Bell.

VERY DISAPOINTED BECAUSE THIS IS THE THIRD CRUNCH WRAP I HAVE ORDERED AND THEY LEAVE OUT THE CRUNCH PART OF IT. AND FOR THE EMPLOYEES FOR MAKING $20.00 bucks an hour, what a disappointment. Get smart Taco bell. I would not recommend you to my enemy.

go through the drive thru if you dont plan on eating in the store. it’s clear they prioritize their drive-thru times.
ordered at kiosk, waited 15 minutes, as car after car was going being served, literally 8 cars have gone through.

We had to repeat several times the order and how we wanted are drink's they still got it wrong they almost charged me extra for a pet bowl for water not impressed with this taco bell
