Food incorrectly made, food ordered and never placed in bag. They never have enough staff. Drive thru takes forever. This place is a dump. Can't believe they're even still in business!

This has been my favorite Taco Bell but my most recent visit disappointed me.My burrito was made with all the care and attention of a drunken paperboy. All the beans were at one end and the "meat" and sour cream at the other. The burrito split apart in my hands while eating it and it made a bit of a mess.The employees are still very friendly, so all was not lost. But they've got to work on making every order perfect, not just finished.Parking: This Bell is focused on drive-thru, so parking next to the store is limited AND it can trap you if the drive-thru line backs up.

I ordered DoorDash and I'm absolutely disgusted! There is a hair in my food. I bit into it and had to spit it out! I threw up before making this post. They need to wear hairnets or something!! I asked for 5 breakfast salsa and they gave me only one. I asked for extra cheese on my quesadilla and this is literally the FLATTEST quesadilla I've seen... i've seen quesadillas with "regular" amount of cheese that are thicker than this one. Absolutely ridiculous.!

I’m absolutely furious at this point! Every time I come here there’s ALWAYS something wrong with my order! You can see that these people DO NOT CARE! Every taco I received literally had about 2 tomatoes, a tablespoon of meat and a little tiny sour cream in the middle of the taco, it was almost a joke!!! I literally couldn’t believe it! Also my potatoes were sooooo old as if I cooked them in the morning and left them out on the counter all day and reheat them and served them! They were chewy and barely warm! After driving home I went back and asked them to remake it, the cashier Nicholas V was very professional and apologized and I can tell he was working his best while everyone else were just taking their sweet time as if they were all zombies and lazy!!!! You can see it on everyone’s face that they did not want to be there and that they did not care! I heard Nicholas tell the kitchen TWICE to make fresh potatoes and after receiving my order I went back home and opened my food and EVERY SINGLE TACO WAS BROKEN!!!! And my potatoes were still old as if they just threw them in the microwave!!!!!!! I’m so fed up with this location!!!! I’m going to give this place one more chance and I’m going to record my entire experience and if I get the same service I will make it a mission to have the video posted everywhere and I will contact the local news and I will seek legal action!!!! It’s almost a scam at this point!!!! You have to see it to believe it and that’s why I’m going to record my next experience!!!

I love taco bell, almost every time I go to this particular one, my order is either wrong and/or poorly prepared. I was there the other night, the drive-thru had a long line, and it seemed the staff was working at a snails pace. This place would be great if they were quicker and prepared food properly.

Good food, a couple of good values (well, the 5 dollar box is all I know of). Tried the nacho fries recently and they were old and cold, young guy behind the counter didn't seem to understand that food can actually be cooked to order.Once cooked fresh I must say they were quite good. They come with a dipping cup of nacho cheese instead of ketchup and it's a delightful spin on fries.They don't use nearly as much cinnamon sugar on the dessert twists these days which is an absolute shame.

I live two minutes away, and going forward, I will drive 10 minutes to the next closest store. This taco bell is consistently the SLOWEST drive thru in the greater Sacramento area... I was the 5th car in line, I waited 26 minutes only to be told at the window they were out of beans, and it would be an additional 20 minute wait. Then the manager acted like that was a normal thing for them. Never again

I arrived at drive-thru at 4:23 pm with 4 cars in front of me. I left at 4:50 PM with 6 cars behind me. One girl working both the front counter and drive-thru window. I could barely hear her on the intercom. I ordered 7 crunchy tacos. 4 were moist at the bottom and stuck to wrappers. 2 of the tacos had very little meat.

November 2023 ReviewThis place sucks. I actually like taco bell but this experience was awful. First off, now that Taco Bell costs like $30 when you order for two people, that's a bit ridiculous.Secondly, they completely butchered my order. I ordered chalupa suprime and dorito taco supreme. Basically you're paying extra for the surpreme sauce. When they gave me my order. There was no sauce at all on 4 items. I showed them my receipt , they remade my order. It took them 10 minutes to make 4 items. And literally when made the new order, they literally put a drop of sauce on it rather than lining the whole taco like usual. I can't believe we're going to start paying these workers $20/hr. I respect fast food workers but this place is just awful.

I feel bad giving a bad review cos it was just one guy there but they got our order wrong. No egg in the breakfast crunchy wraps or coffee available. That’s like half the ingredients. The music in there was loud af as well.

Ordered mobile order, go into drive thru and no one talked at speaker, went too window and was told had too order inside. Went inside waited 25 minutes for my mobile order and food was made wrong. Wasn't going too go back too fix it and wait another 30 minutes. No one was helping customers at front counter. I have been going too this location for years now it's one of the worst locations. 0 stars.
