The Very Veggie Omelet

Paisley cafe is the absolute BEST! I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about them. My boyfriend and I go every single weekend. I am vegan and he is not so it's nice that they have a FULL vegan menu! They are always coming up with new dishes and a lot of the dishes on the omnivorous menu are offered on the vegan one. The entire staff is exceptional, and Evan is the best server ever! They also have a really cool little tea spot next to their restaurant. Timiko...

Good coffee, great food and amazing service! My mom has decided that this is now her favorite breakfast spot. I reserved through Google and it was a breeze. Looking forward to our next visit.
