Hi gang, We saw a roadway sign for Los Panchos on Contra Costa Blvd a full 1/2 mi from the restaurant location. Strange… The restaurant is a walk-in with the order counter but no indoor seating. There are a few outdoor tables w/umbrellas but in Pleasant Hill temps can reach over 100*F in summer and the day we were there (Oct) it was 55 *F so choose you time carefully. The music just didn’t get it. If you’re in a Mexican restaurant, play Mexican music for the diners to enjoy the experience and create ambiance. Not here. Minimal decor reflecting anything Mexican, either. Too bad. Food was very good, we got three burritos to go (no reasonable seating avail) and we really enjoyed the fresh, tasty ingredients. Pico de gallo (sp?) was well done, mild sauce had a little bite to it but great job on it. I recommend a visit to all but don’t expect to walk out humming a Mexican-themed song, there ain’t any. Go for the food, take it to go (even outside) it’s worth it. Rich
Would have been 5 stars but they messed up my order. Asked for No pico, receipt said no pico but there was a ton of pico in it. Made the burrito cold n watery. But the Bean Dip smacked. Great place, maybe just a simple mistake. I'll be back of course

Best Mexican food ever. Order ahead if you like. Only outside dining, which is limited. Most call ahead for take out. They package everything nicely, good size portions. Become a rewards member for extra benefits.

Delicious as always. Wish there was indoor seating though. And more beans in their bean dip. Tacos, Chile rellenos , salsa, burrito- delicious

Good food
This cheap as place wouldn't give me 3 little cups of salsa for my huge burrito and taco, said I was only allowed 2. To the owner, you just lost a long time customer over your your 40 cent cup of salsa. This was also having to wait 30 min for a phone order. This lady, old with a pigtail, always wears a cap has argued with me over the phone about forgetting a small bag of chips in the past, she basically told me she knew she put them in there, anyway same older woman that denied me a 3rd cup of salsa today. Idiot!
Everyone knows a SUPER BURITO means with everything. Happy burito should be the regular. The street are mad.
the shredded chicken is tasteless unfortunately, no seasoning at all! but I like the rest of the happy burrito parts esp the guacamole. I would get the marinated pork next time because I love a seasoned meat.
