Worst Wendy's I've been to, they didn't give me what I ordered, well they gave it to me minus the tomatoe so I ate almost all of it and was wondering why in the hell it tasted hard and dry and so I looked up by what was on it and it said right there " lettuce and tomato" on there website. So I show them and the say that it's the picture of the BLT, Wich it wasn't and said so right there. Now there trying to not give me what I ordered, like it's my fault they dnt know, like the entire menu is different for just one person. Now I dnt knw wether to get police involved or what but that was the last of my money and I'm not getting ripped off for it

Service is quick my food was finished before I sat down. The mango lemonade was delicious the fries were hot and ready. My chicken sandwich was little off the chicken was a rubbery texture I hope it's not lab grown meat.

I love Wendy's, it's gotta be my favorite fast food place! That being said this is one of the worst locations.. I specifically order things without modifications to lessen the possibility of *#%*ing things up! But even making things the standard way seems to difficult for these people.. I ordered an Asiago BACON Chicken Ranch sandwich and got one with no bacon.. I asked for and got charged for a large lemonade but they tried to hand me a small.. I asked for BBQ sauce - "it's in the bag" they say.. It's not in the bag.. It just seems like every time I go there it's something wrong. They keep raising prices on things but quality and professionalism is going way down. The only thing this location has going for them is the face lift it had a few years ago. I miss the old style a lot but the new one feels very clean and modern.
