Truly a hidden gem! I don't usually post reviews but I have to tell people about this place! Dropped in with a couple friends. I had the pappardelle bolognese. Fresh pasta made in the house! My friend had the Pollo Limone (lemon chicken). She loved it! My other friend had the Dover sole special with the lemon mustard dressing and the server debone the fish at the table! So cool! Great wine list and delicious food! Hostess was so funny and a joy to talk to! A definite must go if you are in the area! They also have a deli we will try next time. We will be back for sure!

Wow wow wow, where shall I start ? If I had to sum up my experience here at clit terror WEST oyster house in 2 words, they would be goodie and shitter. I came to this establishment famished, and dehydrated, and I left paying 15$ for water. Will Burt was furious to say the least. I was flabbergasted when I saw the bald gentleman bring us complimentary bread, that was a goodie, but they left a little open flame grill for us to toast our own bread which was interesting. So my boy skitty and jango really wanted oysters so we were ready to order a huge bucket, but FLIP was too impatient for me and jango to look at the menu so when the lil waiter came around, flip saw his chance to pounce. He quickly and angrily ordered his seafood feast while jango and I were frantically playing 21 questions with the lil guy waiter. "Do you have oysters ?" Jango asked. "No" the lil guy responded. "Ok I'll take the grilled octopus" exclaims jango "great choice" the little man cheered. Now me, I'm snotty so I ordered the chicky blicky. I asked what the chicken came with on the side and the lil guy said , "it will take 20 mins to cook big boy" and I quivered in fear and let him do as he pleased. My boy shnoz and skit literally have shitty bread so they decided to get 20$ potatoes. Crazy I know. Onwards in the night, we arrive at our plates, looking intensely at us. Nolans plate greeted him with a slight, "yeeeewww" noise which was very pleasant. We were a little confused on how Nolan was supposed to eat the octopussy so he used his mud covered mitts. Flip slurped down his clam box and said it was a middy goodie shitter fest. It was clean boosie faded. Now onto me, snotty, the chicken man. Wow wow wow goodie shitter goodie sauce but chicken kinda shitter no cap goodielifestyle. At the end of the day we walked away with will Burt smiling and flip swinging his hydro. So let's just say tonight was a success!

Visited Cinque Terre recently for dinner and had a wonderful time. I appreciated the chef's knowledge of gluten free food, and a very grateful to fresh-made gluten free pasta. I had the spaghetti di mare and my partner had the parpadelle alla bolognese. We both practically cleaned our plates.

Cinque Terre West is our favorite restaurant in Los Angeles. The food is wonderful (we especially like the homemade pastas, mushroom soup, and tiramisu), the service warm, the setting comfortable and inviting. Coming here is like visiting your favorite relatives who also happen to be the best cooks and most generous hosts you know. We have eaten here many times and every time has been special. And even after more than 50 years of traveling the world, the cornetti here at breakfast are the best we have ever eaten. Grazie, Gianba and Marlo for welcoming us into your home and making us part of your family.

Likely favorite Italian spot in LA. Can't think of a restaurant that's better. Adorable romantic ambiance and excellent food!

A Culinary Gem in The Palisades VillageCinque Terre is a hidden gem on the edge of The Palisades Village, offering exquisite, authentic Italian cuisine that deserves culinary accolades. Gianba and Marlo provide a warm and hospitable experience, making every visit memorable. Marlo's welcoming charm sets the tone, and Gianba's handmade pasta dishes are simply exceptional.Their nightly specials are a treat; we've savored the Carbonara, Lobster Pasta, and linguine with clams, all bursting with flavor. But it doesn't end with pasta - their steaks are among the best in the city. The bone-in rib-eye and filet were cooked to perfection and paired wonderfully with various sauces and side dishes like truffle potatoes.Save room for dessert! The tiramisu, bread pudding, and panna cotta are delicate and delectable. In four visits, we've left Cinque Terre full, smiling, and indulged. Marlo and Gianba's vision of bringing their home town taste to our local community shines through.Whether it's a romantic dinner for two or a family gathering, Cinque Terre is a must-try destination. Buon appetito!

When I’m in town I love visiting this hidden gem in the Palisades. The host, staff, and chef are wonderful people and made me feel at home as if they’re family. I was excited to hear about their deli nearby. Tons of goodies and rare find specialties. Highly, highly recommend for foodies!

This review is based only on the refusal to seat us outside when it was dead in the restaurant outside and inside, under pretenses that reservations people were coming in shortly and they couldn't sit us inside for that reason. We ended up going to an amazing place next door (Armav), where we were seated outside with no problem. We could watch the outside of Cinque Terre West from Armav and majority of tables outside was empty throughout us seeing it. Just upsetting that they have this attitude
