Food is so mid. They have a bar but they don’t have a bartender or anyone who knows anything about liquor. Idk why it’s rated so high, the food is so so mid.

Amazing diner with my husband. He loved the spaghetti meat balls, my carbonara pasta was delicious, and the tiramisu was divine. We highly recommend!

Our Christmas gathering was cancelled due to our host contracting covid a day or two prior. After a Google search for local restaurants open on Christmas day, we found that Modo Mio was indeed open. They saved out Christmas and were as great as always. Thank you Modo Mio! .

I called at 8:55 to put in a simple pasta order for carry out. They told me they were closed. They stated the gours at 9:30, therefore you stop taking orders at 9:30. Nice going. Therss a million other places to go.

Modo MiO is a must see place in La. And I want to say that this is one of the best restaurants in the USA. The quality of the pasta is very high, much better than anywhere else. The service is very pleasant and the interior atmosphere is most comfortable.

BEWARE OF THE $12 PARKING CHARGE !! We have been going here for many years and thought we had a good relationship with the owner, George. (In all these years there was never a parking charge.) When we went the last time, we were hit with this charge with no warning from George. Now a month later he finally notifies everyone. This wasn't appreciated.
