coming to this location specifically and picking up my coffee from the pick up section by Andy allowed me to see his cool Ghostbusters jacket and comment on that and also talk a little bit about the remodel that they had. all in all it definitely started cheering me up and now having his coffee is doing it as well as they have definitely created a very good Americano. There aren’t that many Starbucks locations that actually are able to do this. Maybe with the new CEO, little by little, Starbucks locations will change and become better. However, this location with its remodel rocks, my socks and if I could, I would give you guys 10 stars.

Friendly staff. Efficient service. Restrooms pretty clean. You need to ask for a code. Gender neutral restrooms with a communal wash basin area.
My Vanilla Latte, grande, hot, was a bit weak, coffee wise, but I still enjoyed it.
Interior and exterior seating space is nice too. My friend and I got our coffees and found an area to sit and chat inside.
Metered street parking. The only down issue is that is hard to find parking. We just happened to be walking in this area, so it was easy for us to just walk in.

This place is always packed and no parking. The girl with the glasses was so nice about the wait time. She was making the drinks by herself,while the other co workers stand there. They need new people there

Don’t come here at 7 am. Busy. I feel so bad for the lady with the tattoos. She is always alone making the drinks and the short boy and the lady with ponytail always talk and not help her. Her and the old lady need a raise. The surfer guy always gets my order wrong everytime

This Starbucks was by far the nicest Starbucks ever. I spilt my drink and they offered to refill it and they were so nice about it. Thank you
All the baristas have the nastiest attitude ever Andy didn’t even care to have a smile nothing but attitude and this other girl just literally threw my drink across the counter after I asked her if she could please remove the whipped cream nicely don’t work here if you don’t like your job

The removed all the outlets and have extremely limited seating. Gone are the days you could actually get work done at your local Starbucks. So disappointing.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to week in and week out. Orders are wrong more often than not.order vente get a small after 25 minute wait. Takes another 15 minutes to get it right. Don't know what is the cause but avoid this Starbucks if you can.

The workers here actually need to grow up. Not to mention being screamed at between a miss comnnuincatin with the workers and myself , but also them refusing to make a drink after I waited 30 mins a different instance. Fire the one with dreads has the stinkest attitude can really use a chill pill. Go to other Starbucks near the highlands if u want a better experience.
