The girl that took my order was on her cell phone while she took my order and while she made my coffee, I believe it’s very unfitting for a barista to do that.

Very bad starbucks... Terrible customer service. Disgusting atmosphere.. Dirty area.. Trash can smells bad always.. Terrible ingredients.. The wiped cream is always old.. Only one server knows what he's doing.. Every time I get a drink from there, it does not matter what it is.. I get sick rite after I drink it.. I throw up & diarrhoea... I tried other starbucks locations, they are just as bad... And extremely expensive.. The hot food is always old, greasy, and tiny. They close at 8pm, so when I go there at 7:45 pm, they can't serve me because they shut everything down, and their excuse is they are cleaning.. Last week I ordered an espresso frap, the server told me, it'll take few minutes because he has to read the instructions on how to make one... And half of the workers are on drugs(meth). They are not consistent, , they never know how to prepar the drinks.. the local residents in this neighborhood do not go to starbucks... I myself prefer the coffee from the 76 gas station next door.
You must close down the vons starbucks location.. nothing you can do to fix it... . We need a different coffee shop.. or something else..

Thought I ordered for this location. When my husband went in to pick up order, lady barista was an @$$h0le. Said we probably ordered from a different one cause they don’t take mobile orders. Really, was the attitude necessary?
