If you work and have a limited lunch break, do not go to this drive thru. I waited 21 minutes and only 2 cars were in front of me. I finally got to the drive thru window, and paid for my food. Waited another 5 minutes and left due to needing to get back to work on time. Basically donated about 15$ to them for no reason. Good times.

The problem with this restaurant is that the kiosks are not available to place your order in person. The kiosks are covered and turned off. The owner should fix that problem.

I didn’t go inside to order but I did order through drive thru. Gabby greeted me and she was extremely kind. She also went out of her way to not only ask but recommend other options on the menu. She made eye contact and smiled once I got to the window to retrieve my food. Everything came out just right. Thanks gabby!

Formal Complaint Regarding Employee Misconduct – Burger King Drive-Thru (July 23, 2025, ~8:45 PM)

I am a regular and loyal customer of this Burger King location, frequently visiting with my family via the drive-thru. My experiences have generally been positive, particularly when assisted by Sebastian, who consistently demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and respect.

However, on July 23, 2025, at approximately 8:45 PM, I experienced an incident involving an employee named Gabby that was egregiously unprofessional and unacceptable. Despite providing my mobile order number and name multiple times, and showing a valid order confirmation via the Burger King mobile app, Gabby repeatedly claimed that no such order existed. She made no genuine effort to verify the information and refused to even glance at my phone. Her demeanor was dismissive, arrogant, and hostile—acting with an air of superiority and an apparent unwillingness to fulfill a paid transaction.

Gabby insisted I move my vehicle due to other cars behind me, without providing the food I had ordered and paid for. Her refusal to assist, despite clear evidence of the order, constitutes a failure to deliver services and a breach of basic customer service standards.

I subsequently entered the store and presented my receipt directly to the manager, who immediately recognized me as a regular customer. The manager acted with professionalism and promptly resolved the issue. I expressed my appreciation for her conduct, which stood in stark contrast to Gabby’s behavior.

This incident warrants formal review by Burger King corporate. I respectfully request that Gabby’s conduct be investigated, as her actions reflect a serious lapse in service integrity and customer treatment. Employees who demonstrate such disregard for paying customers should not be representing the Burger King brand.

Well I live close to this Burger King and think it's a great place to dine in. Most customers go thru the drive thru so it's kinda empty inside but not. You have your regulars that go there every day to drink coffee and chat. If u were thinking old people yupp 5 points for u. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, sometimes. The regulars keep the atmosphere happy. Other than the usuals you must likely would see around 9 inside the restaurant counting the regulars. The service is very good they take your order quickly not much of a wait. Only problem here is that your order will take quite a bit. Most customers go the drive thru way and there's a few each time I go and that tends to slow up the place. That and the staff who chat a lil too much in my opinion. With who? Yeah you guessed it the regulars. For me no biggie. At times it does get a tad annoying but hey their old folks who probably don't get much attention at home so it's understandable. Over all two thumbs recommendations.

I am totally blown away today by this Burger King. Everything was splendid. The food was cooked perfectly, fries were perfectly crispy, the burger was perfect with just the right amount of condiments and cheese. The service was incredibly honest and polite and friendly. I made a mistake in my order of fries when I wanted onion rings, when I got to the window I asked if there were any onion rings ready, and they said there weren't but it would take a couple minutes to cook them. I decided to go with the fries. And then the server let me know that they don't want the onion rings to be soggy, so they try and cook them as close to serving them as possible. They said who likes soggy food? And then told me that she feels like she wants to serve me the food the way she would want it. I told her that one day she'll own the place. So if any Burger King people read this, I was there on Sunday April 6th at 11:58 a.m. everybody working that shift should get accolades. Please let them know that they did a great job. Above and beyond.

Seems very clique-ish. CatersONLY to one specific ethnicity of people. Though we go there weekly, we are not greeted or engaged with in as welcoming of a manner as the Hispanic customers, which is appalling. They are a bit discriminative in how they operate. The breakfast biscits are raioned...we have gone.there.at 8 or 830 and been told.they have no biscuits and will not be making any more, so we can only get croissants. I don't get how.they think it to be just that even.a.simple.hello, good morning,.have.a.nice.day should only be.reserved for people.who look like.them....they roll out the red carpet but only do the minimum.when.it comes to others. Not cool at all.
