Red chilaquiles are the BOMB! I grew up in El Paso, TX and lived many years in Albuquerque NM. Most CA do a CA red sauce which is not like this.

Been coming to get menudo for at least 2 years and love the menudo. But after they opened the restaurant ( before it was just takeout) the menudo has not been the same. I would always recommend this place but this last Friday I went to buy 3 menudos to go, came home and was telling my sister how good this spot was we started eating it the meat was extremely hard on all 3 orders it was not cooked through. I ordered “pata, nervio “ uneatable. It was my sisters first time eating from here and it was disappointing that I could not take this plates back, if I was at the restaurant I would have send them back. This has happened twice since the restaurant opened. They might just be focusing on other recipes and not menudo. I hope they’ll continue with quality of the menudo. I will probably give one more chance if not gotta find another place for it.

I ordered thr Chilaquiles divorciados and it was fantastic but I have to admit the green side was spicy!!! I was on fire yet fantastic the red side more to my liking overall it's great and I recommend this place

I been going to don chon for the pass months almost 3 to 2 Days out of the week, The food it’s amazing and so delicious, but what I most like about this place is the customer service. The quality of humans that they are. They’re truly so kind and grateful every time me and my family have gone, they have never disappointed. They treat you as your own family and receive you with a big smile . I absolutely love. This place!! The customer service is 10/10 and the owners are the best, so humble and friendly. And the food so delicious!
Customer service is bad, waiting time 30 minutes or more, Waitress not organized they're too slow. The menudo doesn't taste like real menudo it taste like conzome de pollo
