Amazing birria ramen !! It's something I never knew I needed in my life! And the pizzdilla is definitely worth trying!

Had their Patron Fries. Really good! Went back a week later, got there at 5:30pm only 30 mins after they open, waited 20 mins in line (there's always a line so heads up), only to be told that they have no fries. Wow. They need to tell people in line or cross that out on their menus. Waste of time that visit. Not sure if I'll be back.

Food was good. I noticed none of the three cooks were wearing face masks. I asked the guy who handed me my food why.He said it was too hot. I hope next time I go this has been addressed.

TRASH! I am not one to review but I have to let my neighborhood know how horrible this place is. I ordered a simple asada burrito and had to wait over 35mins.Had to notify the cooks that my order number kept being passed up. Turns out that my order was never put in the queue for the cooks. Most respectable establishment would try to correct their errors right away. What did el patrón do? El patrón just had me keep waiting for my food to the point I had to just ask for my money back.El patrón also has the audacity to try and charge $9!!!! for a burrito when they clearly lack customer service. If you live in 91331 area please don't support this truck. If you're just passing by try the other 20 tacos stands / trucks in the area. Hope this helps you save TIME first of all and $ second.

We read all the reviews including the bad ones and started to feel a little dubious but our love of authentic Mexican food won out. My husband got to the truck at about 1PM (Thursday), on the way home from work. It took about 20 minutes total from when he got in line until he had the food in his hands. I don't know what was going on with the folks who said the food "lacked flavor", because it was really flavorful and delicious, and we're super picky when it comes to Mexican food. He ordered the birria pizza and a few Tacos Vampiros, both amazing. I know every restaurant has a bad day every now and then, maybe we got lucky. All I know is that it was Awesome!

Food was good was only able to order tacos because they were out of everything. It seems like they waited to cook the food once they had their back up food delivery come through. Was not too professional the lady who was taking the orders was very rude. When me and my husband walked up to the window she said okay so you know what I said you heard me say to the people be friend of you there is no food besides tacos.

What a waste of my lunch my son wanted to get birria San Marcos and I said let's try this place even after not liking their other trucks, my tacos had no flavor but the onion just a waste why didn't I listen to my son because birria San Marcos is so darn good.

Hello went there today due to tiktok and all the hype.Waited in line close to one hour and a half orderd the pizza birria and as well as vampiros tacos .Honestly wasn't worth the wait in my opinion I've had better in other locations and less wait time. And on top of the wait there was another long wait for your food meaning 45 minutes. The fresh water was good only thing aka.(horchata,strawberry water).. Hoping this helps
This place is worth every star. The day my wife and I went they were running behind from what one of the workers said. We waited about 45 minutes just to order and then another 45 minutes to get our food. We got the pizzadilla that we saw from another review and a couple tacos. The flavor was amazing and was definitely worth the drive and wait. Went to their other truck and got a drink from there and that also was very good to enjoy while we waited for our food. Definitely on our list of places to go again.

Only ONE out of five guys in the truck was wearing mask and gloves. Another had a mask but was using it as a chin strap. Two others were not wearing anything and were handling all the food. One guy went outside to throw trash out and went back in without washing his hands or putting hand sanitizer.The cashier was having a conversation with another worker while I was ordering and was not listening to what I was saying. The wait was insanely long and not worth it for ramen noodles you can buy for 50 cents at the supermarket. They use bagged maruchan. Not worth it if you're planning to drive here from somewhere else. If you don't care about covid, knock yourself out. We didnt end up even eating it because it was so unsanitary. That B rating they got for their health inspection should actually be a D.

Today I ordered a small order of ceviche came home and instead they gave me a tostada. Big difference. Please put some glasses and make sure to give the correct orders. Will not go back again.

Got the birria ramen here and was really dissapointed in the fact this was just the regular consome with a 25cent packet of ramen dropped in. The noodles weren't soft, and the consome was alright. The tacos and rest of the stuff is good but I wouldnt get the consome or ramen. If you're gonna call it ramen add some eggs or pork or even seaweed.

I got the El Patron fries with asada and with pollo and camarones Both of the orders of fries extremely salty and one of my order had piece of wire inside the fries and the asada,pollo,camarones tasted had no flavor at allI don’t recommendIt’s not what it look like on Instagram
