I just want to start off by saying wow! Five star for their manager Angel. Wonderful job in drive thru, if I’m being honest, best customer service I could ever gotten. Very specific with the order, repeated it back very well. Best of all he had the best attitude, great sense of humor and very fast. Will be coming

Terrible service, Sara working the cashier shift is extremely rude and condescending for no apparent reason. My order got mistaken and I kindly asked if she can double check. Sara got quickly upset and began to insult me never returning to this location. Save your money and time BEWARE OF SARA!

This has been by far the worst experience..This pollo loco has the worst customer service at the drive-through the girl that took my order was so rude she acts like she is the owner and is giving you a free plate of food. But hell no, I paid for my food and this is unacceptable. Every time I go there she gives really bad service. And the food they gave me was horrible.. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla and they gave me a quesadilla with a bone and all skin like really…. ??? This was for my 2 year old son… I will not even give that to my dog.. The pollo bowl had no chicken as well it was all beans and rice… This is ridiculous.. I will never go to this location ever…
