Lilly was super sweet. Service was amazing and the food was insane. Mixing the rice in the sauce with the green sauce was just crack. Beef was super tender. Love the purple corn drink(chicha morada) had a really nice sweetness with cinnamon hints.
It was my first time at Pollo Peru and wow—I was blown away! The chicken is absolutely incredible. The flavor literally exploded in my mouth—so well seasoned, juicy, and tender it just falls right off the bone. We also got a papa with their yellow sauce and OMG… I don’t even have the words. That sauce is next-level! This place is a hidden gem—small, unassuming, but packed with bold, unforgettable flavor. Highly recommend to anyone who loves good food. I’m already planning...
