Store set a conus around drive thru and closed main entrance, just left side entrance open which normally always closed. I should pick up the order from Uber eats which I cancelled already. I was lucky to see someone came with food to parking and told me that one side entrance is open. They no had any hang out information about this inconvenience which may cost big troubles for food delivery services. The lady in the store from India was not respectful after telling that to her and don't wanna listen to me. I think people like this shouldn't earn money in public places and work with the customers
I went to get my free meal for not doing my order correct and got the bag thrown at me with real bad attitude. Bad customer service. this wont let me no another review but its been 8 yrs since the last time and nothing changes if you don't want ppl to be going back in getting free meals GET THEIR ORDERS RIGHT THE 1ST TIME its the 2nd time i go and customer service has horrible service i got the bag literally thrown into me for going back to fix my meal. either you train them correctly and teach them how to be professional!!!!!
