This is my to go place for sourdough breakfast sandwich 🍳 I order it special each time I visit and my order is always correct and reasonably priced! I highly recommend this location, fresh food and friendly staff.

Bad customer service and lack of empathy:

had major issue with me asking for my options in the $6 Big Meal Deal. He was super condescending and said it's on display. It was not on display, witch I let him know. And continued to double down. So I was forced to blindly rifle off sides bcuz I didn't memories the options on the previous display. Completely disregards my lost worried words of my order. He raises his voice and tells me to drive forward. Cowardly enough he didn't come to the window to clear the misunderstanding. Witch leads me to believe that he believes and knows that what he did was not a good example of customer service . It was between the hours of 1am to 2am on Sunday Jan 11th at the location on 13648 Van Nuys Blvd Pacoima California ,91331
Won't tell you that they are lacking dressing or ice until you already paid . Who gets a salad with no dressing and a soda with no ice. It's called communication
