Bad customer service and lack of empathy:

had major issue with me asking for my options in the $6 Big Meal Deal. He was super condescending and said it's on display. It was not on display, witch I let him know. And continued to double down. So I was forced to blindly rifle off sides bcuz I didn't memories the options on the previous display. Completely disregards my lost worried words of my order. He raises his voice and tells me to drive forward. Cowardly enough he didn't come to the window to clear the misunderstanding. Witch leads me to believe that he believes and knows that what he did was not a good example of customer service . It was between the hours of 1am to 2am on Sunday Jan 11th at the location on 13648 Van Nuys Blvd Pacoima California ,91331

I really don't even know what to say, the service is terrible and the attention lasts 35 minutes in the car for them to take my order, I went to complain to the manager and the son that I couldn't wait, there were more restaurant's, I hope that the companion puts people that you want to work and not just this one. chatting while the clients wait for us they pay them the manager is the right rageima
