KINDNESS of Jolly donuts employees speaks volumes. This particular day had lunch and☕and left to catch my ride home but unto my surprise my ride was delayed. I go to this place at least 5 times a week the sandwiches are AMAZING and they get done really fast. my personal favorite is their bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich so simple so tasty. 10/10 will eat there again.

Too busy to answer customers. 4 customers walked in, waited, called the cashier and the person in the back didn’t even care to let customers know that they’ll be right out or if they are closed and dont take orders.

Worst customer service , whoever was in charge of the store goes to the back 3 customers come in and go out without the associate noticing after saying hello to get the workers attention she gives attitude sorry I can’t help anyone I’m making drinks ( we get it don’t give attitude if you are understaff or bring one more person to handle and help out the customers )
