I remember eating at Lenchitas as a child there. Food is good, service is good also, the only issue is they don't take cards only cash, not to many people carry cash these days.

Went for lunch on weekday we had no wait time😊 I know the weekends get crazy.

I ordered the carne con chile de molcajete with rice, beans and 3 hand made tortillas and we also had the 2 tacos carne asada with rice and beans. Everything was fresh and delicious. I also had Agua de piña so good.

I will be back for sure, hope to see you there ♥️

It was full as usual but what can you expect from a place like this where tortillas are handmade and the food is actually authentic mexican food! They need to be more organized though, it seems like they are all over the place constantly running around not knowing who attended who! The cashier never gives a receipt and you never know what was charged which makes it a bit confusing especially when ordering to go! Needs more structure but overall the food is super duper delicious 😋.

Lenchita’s back in the day, meaning 1990-1997, was the place to go. Especially as an immigrant trying to get some authentic, back-home Mexican food. It was beautiful and amazing to have the experience to be part of that, but of course everything changes, and as of right now this place has become a regular thing; it has lost its touch on everything from a simple handmade tortilla to a carne con chile. If you don’t know about quality or what I am talking about then this is your place and of course you would love it, but if you do, then you will be disappointed. As for me, it’s so sad that I will never be back to this place. Sorry to say, but it is so disappointing.

Very old school vibes. Simple menu. The food is a good price but it's a little plain. My dad loves to eat here so I'm sure I'll try it again. I got the asada plate. Needed some seasoning but it was cooked very well..

It’s been years since the last time I was here. Definitely pleasantly surprised with the molcajete, beans and tortillas!!! So delicious! I’m taking albóndigas to go…stay tuned for my review on that.

The restaurant is nostalgic, to say the least. If you’re missing mom’s cooking, this place has got you covered. The food fills that hole in your heart when you’re longing for home. The freshly made by hand yellow corn tortillas are absolutely delicious and savory — they leave your heart full and ready for a food coma.

We ordered the caldo de res, which was packed with veggies and tender meat — pure comfort in a bowl. The combination sopes were incredibly tasty and generously piled high with asada, lettuce, and cheese. And my simple meal of huevos rancheros with rice and beans? It was anything but simple. The plate was overwhelming (in the best way) and came with the added touch of asada juice — lightly spicy with small pieces of carne like a garnish. Much appreciated!

Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic, homemade flavors that warm the soul.
