I went to pick up an order. The skinny girl with dark brown, almost burgundy hair was so unprofessional. Bad attitude towards clients, it looks like she doesn't like working here.

I stopped to get just 2 regular pepperoni pizzas the cashier did not seem to like her job she told a person in front of me that it would take 40 minutes for a pizza he wanted then it was my turn and she was rude she also told me it would take 25 minutes I said it was fine but when in reality it was like less then 15 minutes cashiers like that will run your customers away horrible service front end.

This place is getting bad I place my order at 8:00 pm on 06/01/25 I when to pick it up at 8:20 pm and my order wasn't ready on till 8:50 pm and.my pizza was.burn especially the pepperoni burn crust and the bottom of the pizza bad services because the employees were having bad attitude with customers

This location is always so busy no matter what day of the week it is. I feel like there are only two people working at a time. And if you don’t mobile order and plan accordingly you’ll probably wait at least 20 minutes for your food with 10 other people in that tiny room. I’m pretty sure the turnover rate is high cause I’ve never seen the same person work there. Management needs to better staff their shifts to accommodate their customers and support their staff. With all this being said I have never been unsatisfied with the food here. I receive good topping portions, and my pizza is never underdone. Management needs to better support their staff.

Staff is very unprofessional and rude, I asked a simple question for pickup orders if we had to wait in line even though we ordered online ahead of time, we still had to wait an extra 20 mins! For asking this question the manager responded rudely!

I order on app 4 orders of pizza puffs when I came in I had to wait another 15 minutes cause they didn't make them all at once.
Some of the pizza puffs were smashed and on top of waiting extra time the food was cold
We were at Little Caesars on van nuys and glenoaks in pacoima California.
Just sitting in waiting for the food 2 of the workers were to busy talking each other then pay attention to the front to see it was getting crowded and had one person maybe 16 working front and they were getting busy don't know were the manager was I have never seen disorganized place other people who came were getting upset if I was in charge believe me it would be better organize plus my granddaughter found hair in her food and it was the girl who was working on them.
Walk-in ordered a cheese pizza and crazy bread. She said 15-20min I waited 25min still not ready But 4 other people order same stuff they got it right away. I guess because I wasn’t Hispanic I wasn’t treated with as the Hispanic customer

The workers are always consistent. I have never had bad pizza here. Every time I go here it’s never a bad experience. Give the workers a raise I have never been to a lil ceasers this great
