I love Maravilla! As a vegetarian I have been on the hunt for an authentic and delicious Colombian empanada. They did not disappoint with their vegan soyrizo empanada. I am absolutely obsessed. The service was also amazing!
Had the pleasure of meeting Kimberly at an event she was catering. Her food is beyond delicious. I had the Ropa Vieja and wiped the plate clean.
Not only is the food amazing, the owner is clearly passionate about her craft and that beams through her smile!

OMG.....the food on this truck is DELICIOUS!!!! The spices and marinades are just soooo flavorful, and in addition to the food being awesome, (and they have GREAT veggie / vegan choices in addition to meat) they are THE NICEST people. Just absolutely generous, kind, thoughtful people running the truck. I discovered them as part of the free World Kitchen vendors feeding the fire victims, and I am sooo glad I did. A slightly different twist on Mexican food....sooooo delicous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
