This is the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had worldwide. I pull up to the drive-thru and simply ask for a sausage and egg biscuit and the person taking the order didn't even know English and had to switch to another person to take my order. I then pull up to the window and a lady tells me to wait in one of the parking spots for the order to come out. I wait for nearly 20 minutes and then I go inside and I find my biscuit sitting on the counter for me to pick up as if I'm inside. Absolutely the worst and stupidest service I've ever encountered in my life. If McDonald's keeps this up it will be a massive trouble.

Worst McDonaldâs ever. They never get my order right.. I always ask NO SALT because they always over salt everything.. still get salt on my fries and my burger never made how I ask them to make it. The staff there has issues with talking about the customers foully after the customer tells them they made something incorrect. Super unprofessional. Not trying to be that negative about this one McDonaldâs but Iâve never had a good experience there.. better off going to in n out down the street. If there was a 0 stars thatâs would be my rate.

By far the worst McDonaldâs in the entire valley. Youâd think theyâd be able to read simple instructions but these are definitely the people who didnât graduate from school. Not worth coming here. Thereâs 2 more down the road that are 10x better than this one. Also service here is horrible. People have attitude and just seem like they hate life and everything in it.
Easily the slowest drive thru in the valley. It took me 45 minutes from start to finish. I pulled in hoping for breakfast but ended up stuck so long I had to order lunch instead. The food was fine, it's McDonald's, but the wait was ridiculous. Either staff this location properly or just close it when you don't have enough staff. Any fast-food location that does this is ridiculous and it's not fair to those that are working there with all the added pressure.
