As far as food quality... It's McDonald's. What would one expect? But the service and atmosphere... Very dystopian. Using a kiosk to order food... I don't like it. And that old charm of McDonald's is long gone. They're all just modern office buildings & the individuality is gone. Only the signage is different from chain to chain... Oh and the price is ridiculously expensive for crap food. Hopefully it's the last time I will have to frequent a McDonald's for lack of options.

The workers were polite and patient whenever I ordered. They make an effort to make sure your food is made and given to you as fast as they can. Even when they are busy with a lot of customers. They have great multitasking skills and the atmosphere was fine. There were no problems at all. And the place is clean.

I placed a curbside order. First, they took forever to bring it out saying they were behind on orders and did apologize. Second, I was missing items from my order. I did not notice this until I got home.

I wanted to reach out about a few recent orders I’ve had where items were missing. The first time it was a couple of mistakes on the sandwiches, and then on the second and third orders, it was sandwiches and apples missing. Even after mentioning it, nothing seemed to change, which has been a bit frustrating.
I hope this can be looked into and fixed so it doesn’t keep happening. I’d really appreciate it! Although the trust has been broken i hope you continue to improve when it comes to customer service.
