Fast service and clean store. Food is good here.
Be careful when ordering online they charged me twice and the food is bad.

The truth is I like pizza, and I do recommend it because I like it, I know that not all of us like the same thing, but if it is good I know that even if it is once, they will eat it.

Terrible online order system. No reasonable mechanism for support. No phone numbers for customer service. If food doesn’t arrive the stores send you back to the website instead of helping. Not worth the effort or risk when things like Grubhub and Dominoes exist.

[Cont'd]......Victim Witness being now even more remorseful that she didn't follow her first mind and go to the Popeyes Chicken next door instead of to Pizza Hut at all, where even though that particular Popeyes location (unlike other Popeye's) doesn't accept EBT, she is always treated and spoken to and greeted with polite appreciation and welcome, and where they honor her request to ensure that the chicken pieces are tong-selected for meati-ness rather than moreso skin and bone, and thank her, with a smile, for coming.]
Victim Witness: [As Sonia is still ignoring her as if she's not standing there, while knowing customer is steadily refreshing her EBT app for the refund to show.] "The refund is still not here, ma'm, and as I informed you, refunds on EBT cards/accounts are literally immediate within minutes sometimes seconds. I can show you an example or two here on the ledger screen."
URDID: [Yelling OVER interrupting customer as usual.] "I hit VOID, so I did my part! I don't know how EBT works! On debit cards it takes weeks!"
Victim Witness: "Actually on MY debit card it takes 24 hours and otherwise no longer than 2 days, thankfully. But as I said a few times now ma'm; on EBT it takes seconds to minutes to reflect onto the card, account, and what YOU did and what this receipt shows is the word 'void', when it should say 'refund'. The last time I needed a refund on my EBT at a restaurant, was a Burger King, and it never showed, never came. And that receipt only said the word 'void' like yours does; so there is something you guys are not doing or not doing right. No restaurant should be accepting EBT money if you have not contacted DPSS to train yourselves on how to properly ensure you are doing refunds back onto them."
URDID: [Only one man is in the store.] "I have other customer's! I don't have time for this!"
Victim Witness: "EVERY customer is important, and you are not supposed to be blowing off your customer's due refund's."
URDID: "You can just go without it like at Burger King!"
Victim Witness: [Still overlooking Sonia's vile despicable behavior and the fact that she's stressing customer out and raising her blood pressure and here it is she suffers from Level 3 (the highest human level at 200/200 and etc, etc, etc)] "Noooo, I'm not going to go without my refund you owe. And I had to unfortunately have Burger King corporate office issue my refund. I'm not going through all of that again." [Holds up phone screen to Sonia again.] "You see here for example, where it says 'Sprouts Farmers Market store 'Food Return', and with a plus sign '+ $12.59'"? Yours should say 'Pizza Hut Food Return +$10.59', but instead the '-$10.59 is only here. The charge." You need to perhaps do something that uses the word 'REFUND' and not 'void'.

Victim Witness: "Just. What does 'void' mean to Pizza Hut?"
URDID: "I reversed the sale!"
Victim Witness: "As you know, refunds are NOT reversal's of sales. They are separate transactions strictly GIVING the money back to the customer's form of payment. So yes, there is a step you missed and need to do. It's still not showing as I hit refresh, and as I said it should be on here by now."
URDID: [Rudely changing the subject.] "You don't have to come back here! You complain about everything! It was your order of the chicken alfredo, like I said!!"
Victim Witness: [Turns to a person that just came in.] "Boy I guess she thinks all Black people look alike cause whoever she's talking about wasn't me." [Turns back to Sonia.] "Ma'm AGAIN I don't know what nor who you're referring to. Clearly you think all Black people look alike or something, but you know it wasn't me, and whoever it was you're allegedly talking about I HOPE you apologized to them for getting their food wrong in whatever way and corrected your wrong or refunded the lady. And AGAIN, you should show appreciation to customer complaints, NOT act like nor treat us your customers like mustering up the time and guts and travel and energy TO complain about what needs to be voiced, is wrong. Your thinking is distorted, AND now you're also racially profiling and falsely accusing your customer."
URDID: [Looking down in shame.] "This is not me be racist or anything!"
Victim Witness: "Clearly you are based on the difference of which you're treating ME in comparison to your treatment of your fellow Mexican's who've come in here, and based on your comments and false accusations. And the fact that I already informed you that I enjoyed the chicken alfredo with the marinara sauce and bread sticks your co-worker's handed to me the only TWO times I've ordered it, and that the first time I came here, THAT'S what I ordered, yet you claim that I was given the marinara sauce cup 'because I complained prior'. When clearly when it's your first time some place, there IS NO PRIOR. I told you several times now that that was my first time here and the marinara sauce was placed in the bag without words but 'your order is ready.' Do I have your ear? You keep yelling over me when I talk."
[Customer refreshes screen again.]
URDID: [Looks at customer like she's crazy. Then she lies saying....] "We've never had any EBT refund requests, so I don't know what's wrong with the refund not going through! Wait a few weeks and come back!
Victim Witness: "I'm not waiting a day let alone weeks for what should be showing NOW. How do you refund customers who use EBT?"
URDID: "We give them cash! And nobody has ever asked for a refund on EBT the same day! They usually come back the next day or several days later and request refunds, and we give them cash!"
Victim Witness: "Then why were you acting like you were doing the CARD refund correctly instead of offering me cash?"
URDID: "You didn't ask!"
Victim Witness: "Go ahead and do cash then, though it should be showing on my card account ledger here." [Holds up phone screen to her again, but as usual Sonia ignores bothering to look.] "And I'm not going to be in this area again this week, so let's do it now."

Well I feel I should be getting a refund. I received the smallest wings ever with no flavor. I ordered 8 wings and only received about 5, yes I have pictures. The crust looked so bad that no one in my family ate it. And yes, I have pictures of that too.Its like it was someone's first time making a pizza. I ordered the Original Pan but it was not fluffy at all, super thin

Have been ordering at this pizza hutt for a very long time. Lately they have been messing up my double cheese and double pepperoni pizza by not putting the double of cheese or pepperoni. Called to get a refund or a fix. The manager "Sonia" had a disgusting attitude about how I've done it before. I told her well you guys have messed up before too. She was willing to only refund one pizza which was unacceptable as both pizzas were wrong. So luckily I called the corporate office and they agreed with me and gave me both pizzas for free. If you get a mistake on your order and Sonia is the manager I recommend calling corporate. She also argued that no one was above her at the store which I find hard to believe.
