We bought 2 Chamangos, 2 bubble gum and one leche con fresa and lechera.
All pretty good. The prices were semi fare.. i would come back again to buy raspados.
The parking sitiation is horrible no parking other than street parking. And you have to stop traffic to park. The place could use a sweep and counter clean up.. has many tables with high chairs. May not be disable friendly. But overall a nice place.

I just got home from visiting this place recommended by my brother, never again, the workers are rude and unwelcoming, there was about 6 different families , we were all sitting and eating and one of the workers literally walked to the front and said “okay we’re closed” and stood there until we all walked out, very unwelcoming and honestly would not come back. If they are in such a hurry to leave exactly at 9 they should let you know when you place the order that it needs to be to go. STAY AWAY !

This was the place on laurel canyon in Pacoima. 👎🏼 We arrived at 8:45 PM, well before the posted closing time of 9:00 PM, only to find the doors already locked. My husband knocked, and although an employee saw him, she ignored him. When he knocked again and explained that it wasn’t yet 9 PM and your sign clearly said “OPEN,” she told him to “wait a bit” but never returned. After waiting, he knocked once more, and she finally came to the door only to say the place was closed.
This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially because this is not the first time we’ve experienced this kind of treatment. A similar situation happened last year with a male employee, and we let it slide, assuming it was a one time issue. Unfortunately, this seems to be a pattern.
We are loyal customers. We’ve supported your business regularly, even in the rain and driving long distances to get there. Being treated this way, ignored, dismissed, and turned away early is not only unprofessional but also very disrespectful.
We hope this message encourages you to address the behavior of your staff so other customers don’t experience the same poor service.

This is a very small business so there has to be some understanding here. When we came here tonight because my wife wanted her strawberry raspado, there was only 1 person working. We parked in the back of this place and just know it's not in the best of area. When we walked inside, they had a couple of guest there but it doesn't fit a lot of people. My wife got her strawberry with sour cream and whipped cream which came out to a cost that is similar to a burger meal. I don't think it's worth it but she does. We didn't have to wait long for the lady to finish prepping the order. My wife enjoyed her raspado here.

Tried the Gansito with strawberry and Nutella with chocolate.Perfect for dessert after trying El Patron Tacos at the Taco truck nearby.

Realy good raspados.in the valley of San fernando.delicius.the nance one is my favorite.
Whenever I try calling to place an order, they never, ever pick up the phone. You have to at least call four times for them to finally pick up and when I do arrive, there’s barely any people there.
