This is a very small business so there has to be some understanding here. When we came here tonight because my wife wanted her strawberry raspado, there was only 1 person working. We parked in the back of this place and just know it's not in the best of area. When we walked inside, they had a couple of guest there but it doesn't fit a lot of people. My wife got her strawberry with sour cream and whipped cream which came out to a cost that is similar to a burger meal. I don't think it's worth it but she does. We didn't have to wait long for the lady to finish prepping the order. My wife enjoyed her raspado here.

Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't say this place is kid friendly just because it's not in the best of area

Sweet young girl behind the counter making unique Raspados (sweet ice) layered with Nutella, cake, wafers creams and syrups.Higly recommend if you're in the neighborhor. Tried the Gansito with strawberry and Nutella with chocolate.Perfect for dessert after trying El Patron Tacos at the Taco truck nearby.

Whenever I try calling to place an order, they never, ever pick up the phone. You have to at least call four times for them to finally pick up and when I do arrive, there’s barely any people there.

They close 20 mins early without notice and get mad when opening the door. This has happened multiple times. If it's not going to stay open until 9 pm, then they need to change the business hours.
They close 20 minutes early without prior notice and get angry when you open the door. This has happened several times. If you are not going to stay open until 9:00 p.m. m., then they must change the schedule on Google.
