Restaurants should not deny bathroom service, it is illogical that one goes to eat and has nowhere to wash their hands. That should be illegal.

Today 5/9/24 I had a really bad experience at this location. One crazy customer came was rude to Ladies she bought a sandwich and 1 hour later she came and told cashier she wanted her money back that her sandwich wasn’t good but she finished the sandwich and ask her for refund. She was mean and rude to the ladies. Please be kind and respectful with people who serve you. She used bad words to the ladies. ?

Vegetarian options: I asked for all vegetables on the side, the employee put them all in a cookie bag inside the bag with my sandwich and it was all soaked
Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad. Not sure how you can mess up a sandwich, but they are really good at it. Perhaps the subs were a day old, or the meat had gone bad. Also they have gotten really cheap with the amount of veggies they put on, and I usually order the veggie delight. I don't like paying 8 bucks just for bread.

I came on 12/01/22 at 9 pm,door was open,all signs ,lights were on ,when I walked in the lady told me it was closed,..even on the subway website it says they close at 10pm. I believed they didn't want work

Very disappointed got two one 6 inch a one footlong mexicali chicken and it was nasty. Chicken had to much juice and made my bread soggy.
