We were very disappointed with our experience here. We ordered a cake for our wedding and some cake sheets. The customer service is good when you're placing your order but on the day of your event it falls short. We had asked if it was okay if we had a custom cake topper placed and they said it was okay as long as we brought it. We went to drop it off about a week before our event and the employee there took it and said she would add a note to our order. On the day of the event the cake shows up with no cake topper and no explanation from the bakery. We called the following week to see what had happened with the topper. Instead of getting an explanation we had an employee blame us because we did not pick up the phone during the wedding. The cake was fine tasting but please save your event by going somewhere else. Rather than taking responsibility they will blame you.

I was looking for a wedding cake and decided to sample slices from different places. That’s when I came across this gem! Their cake designs perfectly matched the style I envisioned for our wedding. The entire team was so kind and informative throughout the ordering process, making everything easy and stress-free. We ended up choosing their strawberries and cream and red velvet flavor, which received so many compliments from our guests,it was absolutely delicious! We loved how our small cutting cake turned out. It was exactly what we were looking for. I’ll definitely return here for future special occasions.

Customer service is awful. Yesterday 4th of July I went over there to get a cake and the girl employees were arguing about who was gonna get sent home bc it was a holiday I figure. However, the girl at the front left me talking alone. She was more interested in who was going home rather than assisting me. It was awful, one of them was called Jenni, and the other one I don't remember. The cake was great as usual, though.

I had a fantastic experience at The Family Bakery! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I had my heart set on a particular cake, but unfortunately, they had just sold the last one. I was a bit disappointed — until they offered to make a fresh one for me on the spot!
To my surprise, they had it ready in just 15 minutes, and it was absolutely delicious — moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated. You don't see that kind of service every day. It really made my visit special, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for top-notch baked goods and even better customer service!

I’ve been coming here for years to get my son’s birthday cakes. this year was so disappointing. The cake was horrible I paid $384 for deformed minions and just an overall ugly cake. The worst part is the cashier and the staff thought it was funny. Not to mention they messed up the number they had a five when I specifically had said it was a 7 . They gave me a deformed tiny number 7. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

I've bought 3 or 4 cakes already from this place, I never had any issues with them. I've always ordered in advance to have it ready by a specific time and they're always ready, the customer service is fast and they have a very big selection of pastries.
I was reading some of the 1-star reviews and couldn't stop laughing at how ridiculous they sound. I did call one day to get a custom cake and was told it would take a week, so I replaced with something else that was quicker, but now I know for next time.
