I had a fantastic experience at The Family Bakery! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I've bought 3 or 4 cakes already from this place, I never had any issues with them. I've always ordered in advance to have it ready by a specific time and they're always ready, the customer service is fast and they have a very big selection of pastries.

I was reading some of the 1-star reviews and couldn't stop laughing at how ridiculous they sound. I did call one day to get a custom cake and was told it would take a week, so I replaced...
