I'm on a detox and can't have sugar but I needed coffee! The blonde woman working Sunday morning went above and beyond suggesting options for me and even gave me the complete lowdown on all the milks that starbucks/cafe amore carries and what their sugar content is. You do not get this kind of service anywhere and I really appreciated it!

They have the worst customer service, I was standing in line for 20min. There was only one ahead of me. And not one of the three employees that were there wanted to help. They were to busy stocking and I guess don't have time for the customers.

A late night sweet tooth bite or an early morning coffee, this cafe has it for you. A bit pricey but it's in a casino. The pastries and specialty cakes are large enough for two people to share.

Room service comes from here, all these places claim they are "going Green", no more plastic straws yet they deliver your room service order in several plastic containers in two cardboard boxes? No room service coffee available in the morning either.

This is my second visit to the cafe about 6 months apart. Both times I got their Ice cream Sundae...specifically Hot Fudge. Delicious. The price is very reasonable. The single scoop is as big as a double for about $4. I also got their blueberry muffin for $3.50 and it was very moist. There are about 6 small tables with chairs to eat at or you can go outside to sit and enjoy the Mountain Views which is what I do each time. The service is good too.
