Pala Casino Spa Resort

A great hotel and casino. Just here to spend one night so didn't have the chandler to discover everything, but in general it's a very nice hotel/casino. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed is good, maybe a bit hard, but that's to my taste. Coffeemaker in the room - big plus. Another big plus is that the room has several charging outlets for smartphones and more. 4/1/24 So we are back and Shout out to the security team in the casino. My aunt lost her phone and everytime I called, they answered promptly and were patient. Although it was not turned in, they actually answered and looked. There is another casino close by starts with an H and they "do not have a lost and found nor security" that would answer, instead they forward you to a site where you can file a report and hope that someone answers someday! Great place in general just lacking professionalism with some of the employees one of the floor managers Arnulfo Carreon was very rude to me and interfered with my game multiple times he had someone come in on my shuffle while I took a quick restroom break and was very rude to me when I confronted him about it and on another occasion he had someone come in on my game when I asked the guy already if it was ok if I play a few shuffle alone and he was fine with it, but he saud that...read full review
