Apple Struesel muffin has wonderful flavor, they do a great job!

This place is a hidden gem in the middle of Palo Cedro. The staff are always so friendly, great coffee and amazing pastries.

This shop is such a sweet gem. I had the BEST cappuccino in Redding here. The owner was so kind and hospitable with my son and then again when I brought my daughter and her friends in. They have gluten free and clean baked goods without the garbage ingredients. The shop is small and quaint. It has a good amount of seating for the size shop. I love the couches. I think once the word gets out about this new spot they will need a bigger storefront. They use a local coffee roaster from Palo Cedro. The coffee is strong but ISN'T bitter or oily. That is why I don't like alot of other coffee shops. I'm not a fan of tasting burnt beans. If you're looking for a new coffee place to try out, I'd say to give them a visit.

Lassen Pastry has the most amazing, moist, flavorful GLUTEN FREE bundt cakes! And they weren’t using sugar to cover up bad flavor or textures (you know what I mean!). Such a great homey atmosphere. We will definitely be back to try breakfast and lunch! All organic, carefully crafted foods. Amazing!

I've been in a couple of times and the owners are always so sweet and friendly. The coffee is always perfect, I love their homemade syrups. The tarts are lovely and also the cupcakes. But I think my favorite part is the decor! It is so cute and creates a lovely atmosphere.

we LOVE lassen pastry company! it’s ran by the sweetest family, super helpful and friendly while i was ordering :) the coffee was perfect and the pastries were incredible <3 the inside was so cozy and cute, a great place to hang out for a coffee date or study session, just what palo cedro needed!! can’t wait to come back and try more of their options!

Everything I’ve tried so far, I’ve loved! The peanut butter and jelly cookie is my favorite. Please go give this new business a try!

I’ve been in twice now and tried three things. The peanut butter jelly pastry is by far my favorite but that could change! I need to try some more things!!
