Walking into LGI is always such a great experience. I love the soft Cafe lights on the ceiling, the delicious protein donuts and protein waffles! Delicious healthy teas, smoothies, smoothie bowls, literally everything Jo offers is so tasty and nutritious. She is one of a kind here in Shasta County, and always has a big smile with the best attitude. I highly recommend this healthy Cafe to anyone who wants a guilt free sweet treat, clean energy drink, somewhere to hangout and get some work done on your laptop, it's really a place where everyone is accommodated honestly.

Tried this place out for this first time today and am obsessed with it already! Service was 1000/10 cleanliness 1000/10 and food was absolutely delicious!!! Plus the decor is gorgeous inside! There are no places that serve healthy protien packed treats so it's awesome to have this gem! I did take pics of the food, but it looked so amazing we started digging in right away, so the pics are of half eaten food 🤷♀️ Will definitely be back. My son had the waffle and a protien shake, but even though he puts away a lot of food he couldn't even finish, he had to get a Togo box lol. The rest of us had the doughnuts which were heavenly and low calorie/high protien. Cannot rave enough about how good this place is!

We were asked if we wanted whipped cream on our shake, and we both said yes! Then later looked our emailed receipt since she couldn't print one out, and it showed we were charge $2 each for whipped cream. Super sneaky and deceptive. I would have appreciated to know that before hand, because I would have said no. Also, we used our credit card to pay and was also charge $0.50 and that came as a surprise. We pay for all food with a credit card here in town, and no-one adds that on. If they do, they tell you ahead of time. I don't like being tricked on extra charges. And, the food and shake wasn't that great either.

I love it at LGI! The owner is just awesome and gives off great vibes. You can get healthy shakes, teas and protein cookies and take it to go or chill and hang out for a while. There is a Photo Booth area, a back table if you wanna come in and get some work done in a relaxing environment AND a kiddy table and toys for the little ones! I just love it :)

I got a vanilla bean shake from here and I was hooked. It was high protien low carb, non dairy, tasted sinful, this works with my dr powell diet I am on so I went back today and got blueberry cheesecake..😱..and got 4 huge cookies as big as your hand and 6 donuts which are so so good. Only 70 calories on the donut. High protien and not greasy just light and delish but dense. So glad I stumbled on this place, thank you Jo❤️

The owner is so sweet, really took care of our needs. The food was so Delicious, if you are into healthy food this is the place to go, especially if you into weightlifting and want to get that extra protein, this place accommodates for every diet.
Great place. Admittedly the storefront is very non-assuming and I had no idea that they had shakes food acai bowls oatmeal and protein bakery items!. Definitely going to keep this on the go to list!
