Got there about 20 minutes after they opened, was seated right away, but had to wait 90 minutes for my food. I was ignored 3 times when trying to flag down a waiter to get a straw for my daughter, and after 90 minutes asked a busy boy if I could get an ETA on my food, he let the owner know that we had been waiting that long, and after another 10 minutes of the owner not coming over or anyone even checking on my food or my table, I left money on the table for my drink and walked out. Worse service I have ever experienced, I will never return, and let everyone know not to go there either.

I absolutely love this place if I could afford it, I would buy a meal every day!! Had a Billy burger yesterday on March 14, 2025, and I’m telling you it was amazing a lamb burger never had one before I love lamb but never had a lamb burger. That was incredible. I wouldn’t even call it a burger. I call it a full awesome lamb meal.!!!! Anyways also their fish and chips are incredible. Even the french fries are yummy!!!! I’ve never had a meal that I’ve been disappointed with !!! Their brunches on Sunday are out of this world. I love this place. I love these guys.!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We love Norm’s and are heart broken to hear that it’s up for sale. The food is consistently clean, locally sourced, and delicious. It is a lovely space to spend some time chatting with good folks, eating great food and walking away with a happy belly and a full heart.

I was recommended by an acquaintance to try out this restaurant so took my family here for dinner last night. We showed up at 6:00pm was seated at 6:30 and didn’t get our food until 8:00pm. My daughter’s meal was brought to her about 20 minutes before mine and my wife’s so she was completely finished with her meal by the time we started eating. The food was high price and low quality. The slice of prime rib I ordered was 50% solid fat. For a 50$ prime rib it should have been high quality which it clearly was not. The server was a smart ass about it and said it is normal. The burger my daughter ordered looked like it came off the dollar menu at McDonald’s. My wife’s pasta dish was basic and cost 65$. I would not recommend this place.

We went to norms for my birthday dinner and I had lamb stew. It was the best lamb stew I have ever had in my life!! Paul was our server and he always does a wonderful job of taking care of us. We also ordered seafood soup And french dip. Everyone left happy. Lindsey the owner does an awesome job. This is the best Restaurant in town!!
