Black Meadow Landing

I didn’t even know this place was here - I was site seeing, driving around one day, when I stumbled upon it .. I sure do like the solitude and the other campers treat you like family. I’m staying up in what they call the “mesa” - it so happens I ran into a family member who has been staying here for the past 15 years. There are burros and they are smelly and when the sun goes down they start making noise until the sun comes up - who knew they were afraid of the dark! (True story).. but they are cute.. loud but cute. If you want to get away from it all and don’t mind a little nightly noise now and again I recommend this area. It was recently purchased AP the hotel and restaurant are being remodeled. There’s a store onsite that’s a little pricey only because of the distance from stores and the delivery of items for restocking .. in a pinch when you need a piece of sugar - it works. LOL!!! 😂

Black Meadow Landing has hundreds of full hook up camp sites. We visit with a travel trailer. Lots of snowbirds there make a nice culture of sharing and caring. We're campers who live in a vacation destination (Sedona, AZ) and as nice as home is, it is nice to recharge at Black Meadow Landing and take it back home.
Oh yes, there are many ways to stay and a variety of price ranges.

Started going to BML in 1975 when I started high school. MY parents asked me why I don't have girl friends at high school. I said because we spend all of our quality time at Black Meadows Landing, so I'll meet them there! Our family went there once and we bought a place there and spent all of our best times and memories there at BML. We also met some life long friends!

I am a first time visitor of Black Medow landing and I cannot express how beautiful and amazing this place is! I visited during November and I was able to see Burros and enjoy the beautiful weather. Sadly, it started raining during my visit, which resulted in me ending my stay earlier than expected, but the staff and Amanda are amazing and accommodating, in every single way! They were able to help me safely get back to town where I had prior obligations. The rooms are so cute at the Burro inn and the café is amazing with delicious food. The chef is wonderful. I seriously cannot recommend this place and off. If you have the chance to stay, I definitely would!!

This is under renovation and it shows. Rv sites are not setup properly and have the sewer connection by the front of the rv and electrical in the back. The ground is very uneven in the rv shore spots as well. They also have a very long lecture about their rules when you check in given by a not so friendly employee. There are a bunch of makes or burrows that wander around which is great, but its mating season and they are fighting and have a nightly stampede through tge rv's. The Marina store was great. I wish I could come back after the renovations but there are a lot of other RV parks in the area that are already set up right and for the $ i would try one of those.

My first time there. I was delivering a,5th Wheel for a customer. Beautiful secluded RV park. It just inconvenient to have to go all the way around to Parker to get there

I came to Black meadow landing for the first time with friends with motorhomes. I stayed at the Burro Inn. The rooms were extremely clean with little kitchens in every room. The air-conditioning worked great! We really enjoyed eating at the restaurant. I liked it because it wasn’t very crowded. There was just enough people not like it other parts of Lake Havasu, where it’s overwhelming. I look forward to coming again. The rates were economical also which was a plus!

Another great weekend at Black Meadow Landing !!! If you haven't been its an amazing place to make memories with the whole family.

Lots of activities to do around - jet ski, wakeboard, boat you can rent and more

And the location … wow! The most amazing view to wake up to, spent all day at the lake and had the best time!!

We will definitely come back once a year

We rented RVs and went for a long weekend vacation in Black Meadow Landing resort. It was the best time we had together! Such an amazing experience, and such a beautiful, peaceful and private place. The staff were very helpful and helped us with everything we needed, and always with a smile. We will be back, no question! Highly recommended

We had a great time as 2 adults and a dog staying in the motel for 2 nights Labor Day Weekend 2025.  Incredible views, river access, and everything we needed for a simple, relaxing weekend right on the property. Basic, comfortable room-bathroom-kitchenette. Stayed within the property and had everything we needed. We swam in the river, watched the boats and jet skis, ate a few meals at the diner, walked the property, enjoyed the views, observed the burros and their babies strolling the property. It was great having the convenience store on the premises for snacks, toiletries, and last minute needs. All of the staff members we met were helpful and friendly. We hope to return.

My stay at Black Meadow Landing was great! The Park Model Home was cozy and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax with my family. The Park Model Home includes a room with a. queen size bed, a restroom, kitchen with a full-size fridge, table, stove, microwave, and a coffee maker. The living room has two twin beds. My family and I really enjoyed the space as it was calm, peaceful, and very family oriented. I loved the convenience of the mini mart and the diner. The food was delicious. Overall, this is such a wonderful spot for a family vacation. Three days just wasn’t enough. I wish we could have stayed a full week! Thank you to all the friendly staff for making our trip enjoyable. We’ll be back next year!

Amanda and the entire staff was absolutely amazing. My mom passed away and had a camper stored there because her and dad spent the winter’s there the last 17 years. Everyone was very helpful as I had to go through every thing and sell what I wasn’t hauling back to Alabama. Food and hospitality unmatched!!!
