My first time there. I was delivering a,5th Wheel for a customer. Beautiful secluded RV park. It just inconvenient to have to go all the way around to Parker to get there

I came to Black meadow landing for the first time with friends with motorhomes. I stayed at the Burro Inn. The rooms were extremely clean with little kitchens in every room. The air-conditioning worked great! We really enjoyed eating at the restaurant. I liked it because it wasn’t very crowded. There was just enough people not like it other parts of Lake Havasu, where it’s overwhelming. I look forward to coming again. The rates were economical also which was a plus!

Another great weekend at Black Meadow Landing !!! If you haven't been its an amazing place to make memories with the whole family.

Lots of activities to do around - jet ski, wakeboard, boat you can rent and more

And the location … wow! The most amazing view to wake up to, spent all day at the lake and had the best time!!

We will definitely come back once a year

We rented RVs and went for a long weekend vacation in Black Meadow Landing resort. It was the best time we had together! Such an amazing experience, and such a beautiful, peaceful and private place. The staff were very helpful and helped us with everything we needed, and always with a smile. We will be back, no question! Highly recommended

We had a great time as 2 adults and a dog staying in the motel for 2 nights Labor Day Weekend 2025.  Incredible views, river access, and everything we needed for a simple, relaxing weekend right on the property. Basic, comfortable room-bathroom-kitchenette. Stayed within the property and had everything we needed. We swam in the river, watched the boats and jet skis, ate a few meals at the diner, walked the property, enjoyed the views, observed the burros and their babies strolling the property. It was great having the convenience store on the premises for snacks, toiletries, and last minute needs. All of the staff members we met were helpful and friendly. We hope to return.

My stay at Black Meadow Landing was great! The Park Model Home was cozy and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax with my family. The Park Model Home includes a room with a. queen size bed, a restroom, kitchen with a full-size fridge, table, stove, microwave, and a coffee maker. The living room has two twin beds. My family and I really enjoyed the space as it was calm, peaceful, and very family oriented. I loved the convenience of the mini mart and the diner. The food was delicious. Overall, this is such a wonderful spot for a family vacation. Three days just wasn’t enough. I wish we could have stayed a full week! Thank you to all the friendly staff for making our trip enjoyable. We’ll be back next year!

Amanda and the entire staff was absolutely amazing. My mom passed away and had a camper stored there because her and dad spent the winter’s there the last 17 years. Everyone was very helpful as I had to go through every thing and sell what I wasn’t hauling back to Alabama. Food and hospitality unmatched!!!

(Updated). We had a good stay. We are ecstatic that BML has listened to its customers and will allow any licensed trailer rental company to deliver trailers to their property. Our stay was good, it was good to see the updates that are happening, and are looking forward to the 50amp electrical service on the waterfront RV spots. Looking forward to our trip here next year!

Unforgettable stay at Black Meadows Landing!

This place is a hidden gem on the Colorado River. The views are stunning, the grounds are spotless, and the vibe is peaceful—but what really blew us away was the incredible service.

Amanda (office manager) is amazing—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. She made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Joel (general manager) runs a tight ship and it shows. Everything is well-organized and welcoming, and his leadership clearly inspires the entire team.

Every staff member we met was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. You can tell they love what they do, and it makes all the difference. Whether you’re camping, boating, or just relaxing, this is the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again.

Huge thanks to Amanda, Joel, and the whole crew—you made our trip unforgettable!

Our family has been out here the last few years annually with a group of families. We stay in the park models, even though they are outdated work out nicely. Staff is friendly at the desk/store. Tried the cafe for the first time this year and it was pretty good. Perhaps some better advertisement for them, maybe a menu/hour info with our welcome packet. Have noticed several changes since the new ownership took over and excited to see whats next! Great value for the length of stay.

I love BML! It’s great for families and I love the improvements being made by the new owners. We like the beach access and the burros. We usually stay in the park models, though a little dated, they are cool and clean and have what we need to accommodate our meals. I saw that the kitchenettes have been remodeled and now they are working on the motel. I started coming to Black Meadows with my family when I was a kid and now I bring my kids every June to meet up with family to enjoy fun in the sun. I love all the posts and emails with updates.

This was our first time here. These are the things that were very frustrating. First the camp sites are too small for large rvs. No room to even open your awning because of trees. Second there are no info on the restaurant hours, or the store hours. Third there is no sign up front at gate IF the gate closes at a certain time so we had to call the desk which of course is closed, then had to call the other after hours nu. But no answer. They did finally get back with us, but we had to go out to town on a emergency visit and wanted to make sure we could get back in. Today is 114 degrees and their power went out! Which i understand this was not their fault and eventually they fixed it but We called twice to notify them but no return call. So why bother having emergency after hours ph nu is your not going to answer! So needless to say we were very disappointed. I do know it's a new owner and takes time to get things changed but the little things can be changed quickly to make the stay more pleasant.

I love this place. It's kinda old but its ok. The people are nice the location is perfect
