We went through the drive-thru, and Teresa H DZ took our order. However, at the end of the ordering process, she started cussing, and we could clearly hear it through the intercom. While it’s possible the comments weren’t directed at us, it was still inappropriate and unprofessional.

Hairs on the potatoes When we returned it I told the cashier that there was a hair and he said “whats wrong” I said look at it there's a hair!!!He didn't apologize or anything

Male employee with flame tattoo was so rude to me when I went. If you ask him for ketchup or any other sort of condiment he’ll be like “yeah yeah yeah I’ll get it for you” just go shrug you off. HES FAKE & CANNOT HE TRUSTED. BK IS JUST HIRING ANYONE NOW.
