Colima’s holds a special place in my heart—my Father-in-Law and Uncle John (RIP to both 🙏) first brought me here, and I’ve been hooked ever since. Hands down, some of the BEST tripa tacos around! That warm salsa? Absolute 🔥! When my wife and I get a chance to sneak away, this is our go-to spot. The staff is always on point, making the experience even better. Called in my order and when I got there the girl asked me what kind of meat I wanted in my chimichanga !!! She didn't wright down my order so when I got there they had to make my order. I phoned my order in so I wouldn't have to wait but there i sat waiting. I didn't even get hot sauce with my order .
