First and last time buying bread from this place. First impressions are always important. Bought 10 pieces of which 6 were completely awful. Hard as rocks and tasted like old bread. This is not ok.!! Not even with coffee I could eat it. Sorry for such a bad review, but you being a business should be feel proud to serve things that people will want to come back again. This was such a poor experience for me.
And the appearance of your store needs to be attractive and clean. The shelves behind the bread display needs to be removed.
Great ! Bolillos are fresh
We bought a rosca de Reyes and the baby didn’t come in it and we called to tell the lady and she basically said we were liar that was a disappointment because we liked the bread their but we won’t be taking our business their anymore.

The lady never greets me back I never feel welcome going there she can’t even fake a smile atleast anyways bread is very hard and stale. Although I do enjoy their fresh bolio & cream cheese filled bolio as well.
The cheese rolls are good! ?

Very overpriced for how terrible the bread is. Mostly everything was HARD and OLD we couldn’t eat it. The only good thing was the “polvornes” which the first time i went she stated they were 4 for $1. So a few days later i went again just for the cookies and asked for 4 dollars worth of cookies which would be 16 cookies. She mentioned she had a small container of them for $5.50 i asked how many came in the container she stated the $5.50 worth. I was assuming at least 20 cookies. When i got home and counted the cookies it only came with 16 which should have been 4 dollars. I call them to let them know their math doesn’t make sense. And all the lady said was that they had just changed the price and they now cost 4 for $1.25 (keep in mind i had gone like two days before and she said they were 4 for $1) and hangs up the phone without letting me finish talking. Super rude costumer service. Also Place doesn’t look clean either mostly everything looks old.
