I went today with my niece and this was the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and hostile environment i have ever experienced in a ice cream shop/restaurant etc. I've worked in customer service since I was 16 so I understand having an off day, but having and off day should not include being straight up rude in disrespectful. This location just lost a customer. And I recommend to anyone reading to not go unless you feel like being absolutely disrespected. OH, and i almost forgot, ya toilets stink!! Just like ya damn manager..!!!!

There was a mix up with the cake order date and Victoria was very quick to fix and make the order on the spot and the cake came out excellent. She came through for my son and everybody at the party loved the cake. Not all heroes wear a cape Victoria you’re amazing!!!!

Baskin Robbins is my number one favorite ice cream place to go to ever since I was a little boy. I love Baskin Robbins ice cream a lot.
Thatiana was very rude! Made me wait while it was my turn. My Ice cream was melting while she was helping other customers in line. I don’t even know while she’s a shift lead, she doesn’t even know how to do customer service! She keep saying I’ll help you after this customer, like the ice cream is already melting on the holder lol

I am extrely unhappy. No ordered a $7.50 desert banana royale. The picture.on menu showed large scoops with ocream piled above rim of the bowl. What I got was 2 kids scoops with nuts and caramel and 5 pieces of banana. When I expressed my surprise and discontent, the server shrugged her shoulders. I will not be purchasing that again her!
