Horrible. Everything about it. The customer service. Everyone is dry and not friendly. My food was old and cold, and they always mess up the simplest orders. It's no one here!!! How can you not put the ingredients on a burger, that come on the burger!! Shut this place down and replace it with church's chicken like they did in Modesto.

When Erica was the manager and that really nice lady took orders in the morning this BK was great, but now you can’t get biscuits in the morning because they don’t sell enough and they don’t want to waste them but now they don’t even substitute a croissant without a code? I bet they didn’t have biscuits yesterday for national butter milk biscuit day just sad. Also there used to be times i’d go and they wouldn’t have fish or no chicken or the system wouldn’t accept cards cash only and the famous line of our receipts are not printing right now smh. I never have these issues across the street. McD.

I came here with my son and got some Whopper Juniors, and they forgot the napkins and forgot the buffalo sauce. That caused me to then beat my son. Wood rate Zero Stars if could 😡😡😡

I don't know who you guys have working on night shift, but she's consistently rude, and has an attitude for no reason. I come around 530 before I go into work some days, and I make sure not to be rude, be condescending, or a Karen. I shouldn't feel nervous to order something how I want because the drive thru attendant will get upset. I don't want her to get fired, but she should really treat her customers better. The job sucks, I know. I've worked fast food, but it's still not okay to be rude to your customers unless they're rude to you first.

Whenever I go there there’s Latino lady say we don’t accept coupons and I receive coupons in mail such a bad service and attitude they should fired her immediately because but reputation and rude attitude, please let me know what’s wrong with her.

Not going back. I was so happy to see some additional impossible burger menu choices. We ordered two burgers and they were raw in the middle. No evidence of flame broiling! And I ordered mine with no mayo and it came slathered in mayo.
