Carnitas Del Bajío

On Tuesday I went to buy carnitas at Crows Landing and they had an unpleasant smell. I won't shop there anymore because I'm not going to expose my family to getting sick by selling food like that.

The food was amazing. The carnitas are delicious and they taste like home made. I can’t emphasize how delicious their food is. If you are looking for Mexican food that tastes like homemade you need to go to Carnitas El Bajio.

Small place.. flavor of everything,, taste different whoever cooks that day! ? flying around! Sticky tables!. Some staff don't show happy face to customers. TV plays whatever staff like it!

I ordered 3 burritos and 3 tacos and sat and watched over 6 people come in order get their food and leave before I got my food one couple even sat and ate in the restaurant and finished before I got served guess if you want to be served there in a timely manner better order in Spanish and not look like me I absolutely will never be back

Loved the food. It was fantastic. Very tasty and authentic. The service was excellent. Location was great, convenient and very clean. Atmosphere was great. It was calm and peaceful. I definitely would recommend to anyone to go to this establishment.

Vegetarian options: I ate the beans, chips, salsa and guacamole.

Today they brought us to the SWP school and they are delicious! I really recommend going and trying them.

This is my favorite place in Patterson! I tell everyone I know to go here. They have the best carnitas, always moist! Heads up, they are busy on Sundays. I get the best service here also! The staff does a wonderful job!

Super friendly environment and clean establishment. We placed our order for a family of four and received our food in a very reasonable timing given that they prepare food as you order. We also felt the pricing was very reasonable for what we ordered, we will definitely be going back to try other items in their menu.

Approximately a year ago we stopped eating here because my family got food poisoning and the meat was in bad condition.
Recently I went again since I was staying on the road but this time the cashier (a lady with glasses) since I arrived was already in a bad mood and when it came to placing my order she wouldn't stop talking, to make matters worse she charged me badly and when I arrived at My house realized that the order was not mine. The truth is that there are already pure bad experiences here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

I went to the taco promotion today.
The truth is that I didn't like them; it seemed that the meat had been there for several days, the meat tasted bad, and it was salty...
No wonder they were on promotion ?

The carnitas are to die for. The price has gone up somewhat in the last few years, like everything else, but the family pack will feed more than the 4 it says. I usually eat leftovers for lunch for a few days afterwards.
