Absolutamente deliciosa! Came here for first time and the food is amazing! I got the supreme veggie burrito bowl and a burrito to go. The girl who took my order is so sweet and beautiful, the energy here is very warm and welcoming. So glad I stopped here!

Not a quick roadtrip stop!
I’m hoping it’s worth the wait. 40 min so far after ordering and it’s not super busy. Are they grinding the corn flour to order?!

The best carnitas in tow

Truly an incredible burrito was served with generosity and pride by one of the members of this family run restaurant. She was so cheerful and got us exactly what we wanted which was a special surtida carne with two mixed meats: carnitas and pollo asado. Amazingly delicious, perfectly seasoned and juicy meaty goodness. The Mexican rice was especially tender and flavorful. Pinto beans too. We got the simple burrito and had a wonderful pickled Serrano pepper (maybe jalapeño), carrot and some pico de gallo. Wow is all I can say. The restaurant is spotless and music spot ON. Posters of towns from Guanajuato lined one wall — super nice ambience. Wish they were in my hometown. Muchas gracias para la comida riquísima!

On Tuesday I went to buy carnitas at Crows Landing and they had an unpleasant smell. I won't shop there anymore because I'm not going to expose my family to getting sick by selling food like that.

The food was amazing. The carnitas are delicious and they taste like home made. I can’t emphasize how delicious their food is. If you are looking for Mexican food that tastes like homemade you need to go to Carnitas El Bajio.

Small place.. flavor of everything,, taste different whoever cooks that day! ? flying around! Sticky tables!. Some staff don't show happy face to customers. TV plays whatever staff like it!

I ordered 3 burritos and 3 tacos and sat and watched over 6 people come in order get their food and leave before I got my food one couple even sat and ate in the restaurant and finished before I got served guess if you want to be served there in a timely manner better order in Spanish and not look like me I absolutely will never be back

Thank you for the delicious lunch for our SWP elementary school! Carnitas and everything that got delivered was so good! Highly recommend the food!

Loved the food. It was fantastic. Very tasty and authentic. The service was excellent. Location was great, convenient and very clean. Atmosphere was great. It was calm and peaceful. I definitely would recommend to anyone to go to this establishment.

Vegetarian options: I ate the beans, chips, salsa and guacamole.

Today they brought us to the SWP school and they are delicious! I really recommend going and trying them.
