Perfect experience. Tacos were delish. Salsa was tasty. Chips were thick, crunchy, and salted. Staff were super friendly. Kids high chairs available. Could not have been better.Kid-friendliness: High chairs were available and clean. Staff asked if we wanted the taco for our kiddo plain or with salsa and onion on the side.

Personally, it bothers me because I don't know how a business like this should function correctly because they sell you orders of carnitas, whether it's one pound, or two, or whatever you want in combination with other meats but without sauce, without tortillas, you must do everything Paying separately is not good, I think.

We are truck drivers and was hungry. We actually looked up and were attempting another restaurant that was down by city hall but when we pulled up it was boarded up and closed and so we remembered seeing CARNITAS del BAJiO in route and decided to pull up!! We are sooo glad we did!! The environment was clean and simple and friendly... We were simply gonna grab n go but once ordered it was only wise to sit relax and enjoy the experience!! The stag was so pleasant and kind and allowed me to sample the chips to see if I wanted the bay chi's before I decided and the chiarons (incorrect spelling I'm sure) were AMAZING.... We ordered more than we could consume but trust we can't wait to eat leftovers!!!
