Took a 5 mile detour off Hwy 5 to visit Chipotle in Patterson. They had 3 hard working, friendly employees who kept the restaurant clean and the food delicious! I'd highly recommend the detour on a long road trip or if visiting the area!

The staff (above average attractiveness) anticipated all of our needs far before we even knew what they were. The building was clean but not sterile - a lived in and well loved space. The burrito, although more square and less lengthy than I was used to, was more than sufficient. It seemed to expand latitudinally with each successive bite. An unforgettable experience. If I’m ever driving down this godforsaken highway again, I’ll be stopping here. Xoxo

This establishment skimps on their guacamole. They were about to charge full price for a half spoon of guac and when I said nevermind because the serving was too little, the server and the girl in the register gave me an attitude and laughed about it. The guac also had burned brown already.
This place also smells like sewage from where they take your order.

Employees were literally standing around doing nothing. They didn’t even offer my five-year-old son his order or ask if he wanted anything. It seemed like they were more interested in checking out the men walking through the door than taking care of the customer. I’ve never been to a Chipotle that acted in this manner before. They didn’t get up to help us until more than myself and my son had walked through the door. I’ve ordered from this store before and have never felt the level of disappointment and disrespect as I have at this visit. I’m from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences in my hometown. When I come to California, I’m disappointed to find that Chipotle here is just trash!

Their kindness, patience, and professionalism turned a frustrating moment into a great experience. This is the kind of leadership every location needs someone who truly cares about the customer. I just received my order. The steak is sour, it has a slight mildew towel smell, and a funky taste. I called the store to let them know, the girl that answered didn't seem concerned she didn't take any of my information, she didn't even simply ask my name. This is a food poisoning issue.
