Their pizza tracker is completely broken on their screen in store and via the app so that’s now useless. Told me 15 mins and I ended up waiting 45 mins while the tracking was stuck on “prep”. 1-5 mins according to their screen actually means 20 more. Also no employee nor the “manager” can even verify where my ticket was on the line and just kept telling me to wait without knowing if my order even went through. The lead on shift told the associate when he asked where my specie order was “i don’t know, I only see delivery orders”. What kind of service is that?

Been ordering from here for a while and I’m finally fed up. It’s always incredibly hit and miss. Sometimes they follow my instructions on delivery and other times they don’t read notes, ring the doorbell and cause a huge problem with my tenets. When I PAY for extra toppings or extra sauce or extra cheese they do what I paid for. Other times, it’s like they think it’s a suggestion.

Been waiting for a call back for over a week from a GM because the manager didn’t know how to refund and order. Bbq sauce was put on the cinnamon twists, as a former employee I know that’s not an easy “mistake” to make.
BAD, BAD, BAD manager & customer service. tsk tsk. Shame too because I've been a life-long fan of Dominos. Think it's just a bad manager (currently) for this store. Oh well.
They sent us the wrong pizza and after calling to request a replacement pizza, they wanted to push our replacement pizza to the back of the line telling us we would have to wait two more hours (instead of prioritizing the replacement pizza). I tried explaining we already waited an hour and got the WRONG PIZZA.
I asked to speak to a manager, and when she told me she was the manager, she said that she wouldn’t be able to fix it even though the store closed at 1 AM and IT WAS ONLY 6:30 PM. I was trying to explain that we already waited 1 hour and our pizza was WRONG. She would not budge and insisted we had to wait 2 more hours for a replacement pizza.
My opinion, POOR customer service, and managers should be able to make better decisions than this.
NOW, a few days later, I tried calling again.
I'M STILL GIVING 1 STAR!!!! Tried calling back tonight to redeem my '$20' credit from their previous mess up on the last order. I waited 3 times on hold, but my phone call ended due to how long I was on hold each time (each call timed out). I tried another call and while it was ringing, I also called with my wife's phone, and it went through (while my phone was still ringing). Magic! Think this lady has my phone black-listed!

Everytime I ordered here the 🍕 pizza 🍕 is very delicious. Recommended 100% for travelers traveling interstate 5. Thank you staff for being on it.

Always a great experience. Delivery is fast and easy. Drivers are always very nice. Food is still hot. Always delicious. Even when we pick up it's always great service and great food.

Rude people
Got buffalo Chicken wings today, they need to make sure they cover the wings with sufficient buffalo sauce. Also, they weren’t going to give me the ranch that was paid for on the online order and asking me to pay for it until I showed them the receipt noting it was paid for.

I placed an order for 2 pizzas to be delivered, we received them both but one was delivered with the incorrect toppings. Paid 19.00 for 1 pizza just to be delivered wrong, upon calling I requested for them to remake my order and deliver again which they said they weren’t able to deliver again. Why should I pay again for something that wasn’t my mistake? Accountability is non existent in this establishment. I will no longer be using their services. My husband had to pick up the correct pizza. So much for paying 5.99 delivery fee if we had to ultimately go get it ourselves.
