Loved Ernie’s for over 25 year. The current staff and customer service is excellent as is their food. The prices are fantastic! Get a bag of chips and some salsa and cabbage maybe carrots and jalapeño. I can drink their red salsa it’s so good. My current go to is the crispy beef tacos I even converted my sister sandy to liking these (she’s a flour tortilla only girl). They are packed full of shredded beef. Their chili verde is the best in the valley as is their menudo....

They got rid of the self serve salsa bar which is very disappointing. Burritos, shrimp cocktail and ceviche always great choices. Recommend super burrito, love the whole beans in the burrito.

Vegetarian options: Veggie super burrito highly recommended

Not impressed either.. Menudo was big portions just a weird taste? Potato Taco had a teaspoon on mashed potatoe at bottom of a hard shell the rest was completely all toppings. Hubby's taco Tripas was ok but Cabeza taco was nasty..
