I've tried the food twice and both times it was ok. Had a bagel with lox and juice the first time. It was alright but the bagel wasn't toasted. Don't know if this was the normal way it was prepared here but never have had it not toasted any where else. The lox itself was good. This time tried the super bagel. Again not toasted, just chewy and the ham is deli ham. When I ordered it, I thought it was breakfast ham. Flavor was kind of bland. I really wanted to like this place because it was something different.

Not the greatest experience today.
We asked for coffee, but they didn’t have regular half & half available, which was disappointing.

The bagel itself was just not up to our expectations, the taste and quality felt like it could be better.

Hopefully they can improve, because the place has potential, but overall this visit fell short.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I went in today. Bagel was good. However, the lady didn’t have the best customer service skills. When I worked customer service, I’d always smile & be polite even on my bad days. Lady asked if we wanted veggies for the bagels. We asked to get fruit on the side (I was going to pay for it & had my baby with me, so planned to feed her that). Lady said they toasted the veggies so they couldn’t. We just said okay that’s fine. After dining in, we had almost 1 whole bagel so the person I was with asked for a box to which the lady said she didn’t have any. I had gone to the bathroom & seen the box on my way back, so I politely asked, “can I please have that box?” That’s when she said yes, but you could tell she was visibly bothered by the request. I’m not sure why she felt the need to lie when the boxes are visible. We paid $23 something for 2 bagels… a box shouldn’t be that big of an issue for the owner or employee. It’s also somewhat common sense that a bagel with cream cheese, egg, ham, etc. would go in a box, right? Service is one thing that can solely turn people away…. At Blue’s Cafe, I always get amazing service, the girls there are always so sweet and they at least smile.

Excellent service ,I must say the acai bowl was exceptional so delicious and light not heavy like other places I've tried , Il definitely b back to try the bagels and sandwiches quick service very professional a must try and enjoy😋

Customer service was amazing and my bagel was amazing and fresh. i ordered a banana chocolate smoothie, was awesome like the old school Mexican liquiado. Highly recommend.

1st time trying this place out. We ordered the jalapeño cheese bagel breakfast sandwich with egg, ham, and bacon. I enjoyed the food and the decor. The woman working was very nice and welcoming.

DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM HERE. They are super lazy with their work. They care about making food quick than doing stuff with quality. The lady that gave me the juice said “I made you a juice but since we use the same machine for our other juices (carrot and beets) your orange juice came out like this”

Who doesn’t clean their machines after each use? What if I was allergic to beets or carrots. This place is lazy. Please don’t order anything from here.

Lupita was so nice with serving us. We came right after the gym and wanted something fresh and filling, and the pesto/mozzarella bagel and acai bowl hit the spot perfectly. Definitely worth coming here and trying it out??
