Javi's Mexican Restaurant Patterson

We live in a town with a Javi's restaurant, which my family loves to visit often. Their food is so delicious and it's reasonably priced. While driving through Patterson last week, we stopped at this Javi's and ordered our usual favorite meal along with two house margaritas, as we usually do. I cannot describe our disappointment when the meal arrived, as it was surprisingly bland. My veggie fajitas was a plate of onion, a handful of bell pepper slices and literally ONE slice of tomato. That's entirely all that the fajita vegetable plate came with. It had a single tablespoon of guacamole and sour cream, and a single tiny tablespoon of pico. The refried beans and rice were good, but I was beside myself over how poor the fajitas were. I'm not one to send food back, complain, or make drama over my food, so I just ate it and enjoyed my mealtime with my spouse. When we got the bill, we were in for another shock. The bill for a meal, identical to our usual at our local Javi's, was more than DOUBLE the price we usually pay! It was disappointing at the usual price we expect to pay, but at double the cost, it was very disappointing. The service staff was wonderful, friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and busy, with nice atmosphere. We each ordered the same meal, a vegetable fajita with no meat and two regular house margaritas. The bill was $112.

Best Mexican food North of Downtown San Diego.

Walked in around 7:15 and waited til 7:40 for someone to come to the table and offer water or something , walked out and went to the old water house

This is probably one of a few Mexican sports bar restaurants in town. The ambiance is great, and for a sports bar, not too loud. The food was delicious with good service.

Food was good and the service was excellent, our waitress was awesome and kept all the drinks full, grabbed our order quickly and made sure we were good throughout the meal. Will come back for sure.

Food was decent. Didn't get checked on much to get refills on our sodas, so I have to rate it average. Been there 3 times. Same type of review for all the visits
