Terrible chicken and DISGUSTING bathroom... this whole place looks never been cleaned. Definitely the worst KFC i ever been. I complained about the chicken and dirty bathroom... they didn't seem to care. Oh and i should mention their extremely small portion sizes for extremely high prices at this location

This place needs an adult to supervise the teenagers that work here. They all see you standing and wait out who will actually help. This place was NOT busy at all and every single table was dirty. Floors here sticky and the floor by the drinks was wet I almost slipped.

Floors sticky. Tables not cleaned. Extremely expensive chicken strips meal. Way too much mustard on the burger & no ketchup for the fries. Will choose somewhere else next time.

I visited on lunch hour. Stood at counter for >5 minutes. Finally, someone acknowledged my presence and told me they would be right with me. I continued to wait another 20 minutes before giving up and leaving. Thanks for nothing!!!!
terrible front line service!!!! no attention to front counter customers. I wasted a while lunch hour waiting at the counter for service. kitchen workers refusing to make eye contact, just taking care of drive up window and online orders. not made, just not at all satisfied. I won't be back!!!

If you don't like your job maybe get a new one ?? Tried to order two kids meals and a sandwich .. got to the window and all they had was a sandwich then got attitude and said it was a one time thing they'll add to my order but NEVER again. The manager was so rude huffing and puffing rolling her eyes.

Stopped by on a road trip. Grabbed food to go. Food was overall alright, I ended up getting the wrong hamburger(A&W), so it would be nice to get what I ordered.Best part about this location is the grass with shade for stopping with my dog. So much better than most places off the I-5.Parking: Some shade locations

Starting from the bad service it goes downhill from there. The floor is sticky and the walls are disgusting. The chicken tastes like they kept using the same cooking oil for 10 years, it has this after taste that leaves your mouth coated with a thick fatty substance. The employee just seem to hate everyone and will not talk to you like a real person also if you ask if a packet of honey and butter is in the bag (even though you asked for this in the begging of the order) they will lie and say yes just to find out there's not even a single one is given. Imagine the disappointment when you get home. Worst place to eat in patterson. What a shame.
