Please stop using the big flat noodles for the saimin. It's disgusting! I ordered 2 saimins previously that had the good noodles so wanted to get it again. This time had the flat noodles and I couldn't even finish it cuz it's disgusting. Consistency is key!

This is unlike any L&L I have been to before. First, they are selling ramen packages. I did not know L&L did that. They had annoying piano music from some Asian video, just weird. On fountain sodas, you have to pay for refills! Every other L&L has free refills. Speaking of over the top charges, they charge for extra sauce. Every other location I've seen has sauce accesible to customers with no charge. On the good side: the lady who waited on us was extremely sweet and nice. She was very good! The food was tasty and good portions. Overall, needs some guidance on overselling sodas and sauces. Also might help if they turned on the A/C!

We love Hawaiian Barbecue. We were visiting my grandparents and they requested this location. The food was extremely fresh and hot. The worker was helpful and quick getting our order ready. We will definitely stop in again sometime. The combination barbecue plate is perfect with a Hawaiian juice.

Great takeout experience! We ordered a BBQ sampler and chicken katsu, and both meals came in huge portions and were well-prepared. The customer service was excellent, and it was nice to be greeted with a smile.Keep it up, guys!

The shrimp was good along with the Basa. However, the portions I received were very small in comparison to Ono Hawaiian Barbecue. I gave the lady my order, which was the seafood plate and barbecue mix. She repeated it back to me. However, when I got there, she only had my seafood mix. This probably occurred because she was talking to walk-ins while on the phone with me, so she didn't catch my order. I assumed one would tell the walk-in to hold since she was already on the phone with me. She did apologize for making me wait but I wish they were a little more accommodating since my other food was now sitting.

Prices are different than online advertised menu. I spent $12.99 on chicken katsu plate and $3.29 on 1 spam masubi when the menu pdf said it was $10.99 and $2.59. I don't think it's fair to have this menu version attached and then not have the same prices in store. Also they had a yelp deal that allowed you to check in for a free drink, but the cashier said they don't do that anymore... but they allowed me to use this deal a few weeks ago so? Just don't appreciate the inconsistency. Food is good though.

Cool oldies, amazing vibe, customer service amazing. Once I came in Karen (my server) greeted me with a huge smile. Helped me figure out what I wanted to eat. Food was good. Again, that’s the customer service we love to see. I still hope there is more people in this world like this. Good job L&L Hawaiian BBQ Patterson.

I barely left google review but wanted to write my feeling for here.The owner was so nice and kind to us. I thought it was little tight when we get there but the owner welcome us. the rib BBQ is absolute amazing and meat quality is so nice. Even that was our first time to try L$L, will never forget and will be visiting again.
