I ordered online at 8pm and it said my pizza was in the oven at 8:15 pm. I arrived at 8:40 and it still showed on the app that the pizza was still in the oven. After waiting patiently for 15 minutes, the young lady finally asked if I had been helped and I said no that I had placed an online order. She went back and brought me a cold pizza that was probably just sitting there for a good while. I know the young kids are trying but this has been the 3rd out of 5 times this has happened. I love the pizza when it’s freshly made hence why I come back. Hoping upper management sees this and trains the young staff to have systems in place such as communication amongst their own staff.

I spent $70 on 2 pizzas. And sides when I receive my food. It was completely burnt did not realize until I got home. I called up asked him to fix the issue once I receive the pizzas. They were completely drenched in oil.I will never go back. To this location.Absolutely discussing

Foods always pretty good, but everytime I do a mobile order they forget the crazy sauce with the crazy bread and when I ask for it they get attitude like it comes out of their pocket.. I just want my sauce that I paid for.. (Karen rant over)

Id leave a lower rating if i could. They need to fire every person working at this little Caesars or do a drug test on every employee. Theres no way the dudes working at this little caesars have a high school diploma, i went there and they seemed to get everyones order wrong and everyone was waiting beyond 20 minutes. I waited 40 minutes for some cheesy bread.... And when i asked the guy at the register who seemed like hes mentally handicapped or high if i could get a free soda or ranch for the wait time, he said no. DONT GO HERE.

Today I ordered the wrong pizza for my sensory issue child that he did not want to eat the pizza I ordered by mistake I called and they said to come in and talk to us in person. I showed up the manager was called and I was charged for a whole mother pizza and then they took the one I had purchased. Then I asked why they had taken it and charged me for another pizza and there was some misunderstanding but it was handles very well. The manager refunded me the amount paid and gave me the pizza I needed. It was handled very well. Thank you so much for understanding.

Tried to order a cheesy bread and Add in pepperoni and sausage. But there must be some new girl , named Rebecca. Claims she didn't know how to do it but between you and me I think she was just lazy. Definitely gonna have to have a word with the owner about this.
I like this place, the pizza is always good, but the workers are insufferable at times. It has happened every-time I order there, where i ask for the simplest things like jalapeños on cheese pizza, and they never do it, and they still charge me, and when i bring it up they dismiss me or say i have to wait another 20 minutes. It’s disappointing.

If I could write about my more than distasteful experience at this Little Caesar's one word would sum it up, and that is "Closed". Upon arrival the girl at the register not only was rude to a paying customer simply waiting for their 5$ lunch combo to be completely and intentionally prepared irregularly and likely unsanitarily, when asked to speak to her manager to speak about the new potato chip addition to their basic pepperoni 5$ lunch combo that looked horrific as if ran over by a car. I'm unaware of the managers name after thrice asking her for it. I will be taking this to corporate and the better business bureau and maybe even press charges for the ill preparation and likely not up to code condition of this establishment if they're adding random a** ingredients like lays potatoe chips to random orders. The better business bureau will be promptly notified and I hope the crew currently on the shift at 5:40 pm on Saturday the 1st of April 2023 will be fired or at least written up. I'm completely disgusted at the unfortunate interaction I have just had at this Little Caesar's Pizza. She not only hung up on me 3 times but on the 4th call she refused to give me her managers name. Tsk. Tsk... Food handling is essential in such times like these. Had I a peanut allergy to the potato chips it could have been a hospital visit or my life.

I said it once I'll say it again the place is great it might take you awhile because a lot of people come to this Little Caesars the pizza is good the price is even better but the parking I'm not so happy about the parking cuz it's very tight parking here but for the handicap there's lots of room to get in and out of the vehicle but when it comes to parking please be careful
