I really like this place because all the dishes I've tried so far are very good! But I must warn you if you choose a spicy dish, it will be SPICY! Also its very mellow and chill on weekdays but on weekends its a nice atmosphere with live Mexican music. Overall one of my go-to's for mariscos!

Worst service experience ever. I ordered a fish dish and specifically asked the server if there was anything else in it. She assured me there wasn’t. When the food arrived, she had put shrimp on top of the fish, which I clearly did not ask for. When we pointed it out and asked her to replace it, she said she would bring another one but still wanted to charge us for the mistake that was clearly hers.
When we asked to speak with the manager, she said she was the manager. Then we asked if we could speak with the owner instead, and that’s when her attitude became extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she told us we needed to leave the restaurant or she would call the police.
I have never experienced such terrible customer service, disrespect, and attitude at a restaurant before. If this is how customers are treated when the restaurant makes a mistake, then it says a lot about how they run their business. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to deal with rude staff and poor service.

My family ordered 10 carne asada tacos and they were so good! We didn’t have to wait long for our food and it was a nice, calm break from the road. I’m glad we decided to give it a try! It’ll definitely be a go-to restaurant/rest stop on future road trips as well!

Amazing tacos and super friendly staff - this is the place to stop for a delightful meal off I-5
If you want an authentic Mexican experience, this is a great place to go. The menus are in Spanish. The staff can speak English and the food is delicious! If you don't speak Spanish, make sure you've got Google translate on your phone and can take pictures to translate. The menus are the only downside they need to translate them into English and Spanish since they are in business in the United States. Imho

Don't get discourage by other reviews under 5 stars. This place is a gem. I have craved for authentic mexican mariscos and I was even thinking in going to Mexico just for the food. This place is great and you can save the trip to Guadalajara. The service is also amazing. Every time I am around, I will eat here.

Honestly a gem in a truck stop location kind of in the middle of nowhere, this place deserves a location in a good city in the middle of a great night life. Very good food and always quick. They serve 50% First Responder discounts as well on duty.

Don't believe any of the bad reviews this place is a gem! Los mariscos bien frescos, los meseros super buena onda, y el ambiente chidísimo. They served quick and a ton of delicious food. They even gave us an extra taco because they said the first fish taco they gave us was smaller than they usually give. Definitely coming back 🤤
