Dirty both in the lobby and restroom. Don't let your kids play on the play are because who knows if they even clean it. Staff are slow and probably couldn't even tell you what's on a plain cheeseburger without consulting a chart. On top of all that, they also charge for water.

Very inconvenient to have an app and then ordering for pickup but not making the food until after you check in. It’s simple if someone orders for pickup, make the food, place it on the pickup shelf and that’s it but instead you have to check in and wait for them to make food not everybody has time to wait so that’s why you order ahead

I like the food here but theres always filled with middle schoolers vaping in the bathroom and not following orders the last time i was here one of the teens threwhis leftovers at a worker and i feel really bad about that worker this mcdonalds need more protection

I just ordered curbside pick up from this location, and received a burger that had a BITE taken out of it (quarter pounder with cheese)!!! Contacted corporate, not okay at all!! I absolutely cannot believe this.

The drive thru is usually smooth but I walked in today just for a latte and 2 apple pies. It was hitting 12 mins waiting for just that and I was in a rush, hence the “fast food” choice but they take the inside people as last priority, don’t recommend. The guy manager short chubby guy was so rude didn’t even try to reassure me that they’re working on my order or nothing so I asked for a refund and he didn’t say sorry nothing! He’s the worst

The food was good, the service was good, the store was clean. Unfortunately, I arrived at the same time all the schools in a 100-mile radius got out, with all the children going into that one McDonald's. Very loud. Orderly, but loud, lol. Will go again!
