The lady named Mariah is so rude. Everyone else is nice. Asked her for water cup, she was being rude and then asked for hot sauce, she didn’t even respond but put them on my hand and rolled her eyes.

This place is disgusting, i found hair in my food and once i called to speak to the manager a female employee hung up on me.
She said it was "rush hour" and just hung up even though i asked to speak with her manager.
Extremely disappointed, never eating at this establishment ever again!

I thought I was tripping the service is horrible.The people in there are sooooo rude and attitude is nasty this has to been going on for a long time .I would hope the managers are not like that but it’s really strange that they can get away with it
Panda's always have great food. And is there always busy. Panda's usually take care of their customers. However, in this restaurant, profit is king. The self-serve soda machines were broken. Not a problem, if you make other beverages available at the same low price. They were selling $3.80 juices, bottled water, and bottled Coke. I asked if they would sell to me at the price of the fountain drink, they said no. I'm already spending $12 on a bowl of rice. With those high profit margins, you would think they could sacrifice a buck due to a broken soda machine. We didn't have beverages. But what we could have is the new spicy orange chicken and it was delicious! Little bit spicy but has a good kick!
